Hi you taking £50 from my account on the 21st it's said mycars Halifax and you taking that for no reason I didn't know you was gonna take that I wasn't aware of it so I want my money back
I insured my car through Halifax and had to make a claim which was then handled by Copart.
I filed the claim late in the evening and was ensured that I would receive my hire car (the following day). For three days I heard nothing so decided to call Saturday (the 4th day now without a courtesy car that I paid extra for) - 2 hour, 6 different call handlers, put through twice to Enterprise who had no idea what was going on or who I was. Eventually got to a manager (although helpful) who had no idea where my car was who it was being repaired by and also what was happening with my car. Was told after another hour that I wouldn’t hear anything about my car until Monday, I asked how the is was possible considering this would’ve been a full week since the claim was made and he couldn’t give me an answer.
Monday came and still no answer, so I had to call again, another two operators who failed to read the case and suggested I wait for a call back again from the same manager - this was now 2:30pm on the Monday. By the evening and many more calls it was resolved but no one could tell me why this had happened or who was at fault.
I had to take time off work, losing money/ daughter couldn’t go to nursery, lost more money and couldn’t go shopping.
All of this for absolutely no fault they could find on there end
AVOID USING HALIFAX INSURANCE, COPART AND OR ENTERPRISE. All useless who try to fob you off by putting you on hold and transferring you when questions get tough, I never once raised my voice and was quite courteous, I would suggest avoiding them all at all costs
Terrible, they answer then put the phone down.
Date is 28th March.
First call 10:15am
Second call 10:19am
Trying for a 3rd time time now is 10:34am call now in que…
