Super easy to book a service and great staff.

I had a really great experience with Mycar Kellyville. After damaging my wheel, I was pretty stressed, but Sergio went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to assess the issue and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally.
Thanks to Sergio’s help, my car was back on the road in no time, and the whole process was much smoother than I expected. It’s rare to come across such genuine, helpful service these days.

When service was done, oil cap was left off which then caused belt to shred due to oil slowly leaking over engine. And of cause they would not own their mistake

Always provide great service and quality workmanship. Had my brakes done and new Tyres fitted recently and I’m very pleased with both jobs .

Poor attitude from such cowards! So yeah really bad customer service I wouldn’t recommend trusting these guys. They are a bunch of smart arses!!

I went in for service, they told me I needed new tyres, I got the tyres put on and they broke my suspension, they then told me it was always like that I could just feel it now because I had new tyres! They then gave me the serious run around for weeks when I tried to get my insurance to cover the price of the damage. They treated me like a complete idiot and I have a $3000 issue with my car now for the privilege.

Absolutely brilliant service went in with no notice with a broken valve stem on my caravan it was fixed in under 10 minutes and no charge can't recommend My Car Toormina highly enough

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this service centre. Their office proudly states, "We don't only care about the car, we care about the driver too," but my experience was the exact opposite.
I stood in the office for nearly 25 minutes while the staff member upfront completely ignored me because he was busy answering continuous incoming office calls. Every time I tried to speak with him, it was incredibly difficult to get his attention. He repeatedly told me "one minute" just to jump right back onto the next phone call without assisting me.
When I finally managed to ask a simple question about checking a minor scratch on my car's bumper during my upcoming booking, his response was dismissive and rude. He told me I just had to wait until the service date instead of addressing it professionally.
I have never felt so ignored and disrespected as a customer. Because of this terrible customer service, I have canceled my upcoming appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. They do not care about the driver. Stay away.
