Darren at Traralgon has been fantastic, he's knowledgeable old school & very trustworthy which nowadays is hard to find. I have had a lot of problems with my CX5which Darren & Cody have helped me with & they have tried to keep the price as low as possible. Darren also work ed on my partners 1998 Toyota Landcruiser which he recently acquired D persevered with it & now it is running great.

Darren was so helpful and made sure my service was on time.

Great customer service; as I live out of town they worked in with me so as I could get car serviced whilst in town for other appointments which was great as there is no public transport to get back home

Needed a headlight globe change at short notice, added a couple extra checks along the way, all done in the time it takes to eat breakfast.

The guys in the Traralgon store are amazing at what they do any have always been honest and helpful. The guys give the best customer service that I have seen within any mechanic company. 10/10 guys
