I had four new tyres installed at Mycar Mt Ommaney this week. The staff there were helpful and go out of their way to address your concern. I have had my car serviced there before and I don't have a reason not to come back again in the future. Keep up the good work team.

Our vehicle was serviced at Mycar Mt Ommaney 19/05/26. 21/05/26 we had intended to do our weekly shopping, I started the car, (parked in our garage) and my wife noticed that oil was pouring out of the engine, flooding the garage floor. She contacted RACQ their service provider managed to roll the car out of our garage in order to check the problem. He could see that the oil filter was loose, but could not do anything about it and also that the oil tank was empty. He also noticed that the oil on the garage floor was black and too dark to have been recently changed. He rang for a tow truck to take the vehicle back to Mycar Mt Ommaney. I contacted Rohan at Mycar told him what had happened and that an RACQ tow truck would be bringing the car back to be fixed. We were without a car for 24 hours and had to arrange for someone to give us a lift to Mt Ommaney to collect the car on the Friday. There was no indication from Rohan, although he did apologize, that the mechanic who had serviced the car had been negligent in not checking the seals for leaks, left the oil filter loose and in fact that the oil had not been replaced. On top of being charged for a service that was not up to expectations, this negligence could have caused a seized engine and a very serious accident or traffic hazard if we had been driving when the seals and filter gave way. We have now had to buy bags of 'kitty litter' to try to soak the oil up and that has only been mildly successful and on the advice of RACQ our car will have to be left in the drive way for at least a week to make sure that garage surface is free of oil. I have not been offered any compensation, and I had to ask for an invoice and receipt to say that the work had been done and hopefully the problem fixed properly this time. I am very disappointed as I have always had great service from Mycar at Mt Ommaney.

Would NOT recommend. My daughter needs two tyres replaced on her car which they can't remove. I went in yesterday to try to find a solution and had a disrespectful and unhelpful conversation with 3 male staff members in the reception area. When I said I was worried about the safety of my only daughter and two little grandchildren, the Manager shifted all accountability and responsibility to me by saying "And yet you let her buy a VW!" It was such an unexpected and irrelevant conversation and no-one appeared to be able to take the safety of my family seriously.

The service is great and they stand behind their work, and guarantee it for 12 months. That's rare for someone located so conveniently.

The staff member DJ ? French accent . He was so obliging and pleasant . Amazing customer service .

My car is always very nice to deal with. They always deliver a good service. Adv about price before hand and do a good quality job. Mechanic's are also nice to talk to.
