MyCar Katoomba Manager Adam and team member Joe make a stressful situation less so when something goes wrong with my car. The quality workmanship and friendly service are outstanding, but so too is the trusted counsel Adam provides based on his many years of experience. Today the solution was how best to replace a broken rear wheel in the most affordable and durable way. On other occasions, it has been providing an excellent service or fixing a boot that has lost its ability to stay up just when I most needed it to. Both Adam and Joe are calm and personable, and I always feel I am in good hands.

Note: until now..1 week later my car is still with MYCAR -Katoomba. I have to suffer from going to work w/o my car and coming home w/o my car.

   I am not happy with the current service am paying for here at mycar Katoomba.

   Bought the car at 8am yesterday for servicing checks and bought 2 tyres as replacement.

    I was told to get notified when it is done. I booked online and 3:30pm is my pick up time.

I heared nothing and it was almost 4pm, so i decided to go back to Katoomba, before i recieved message from Adam..." your car is ready for pick-up. " 

  Adam said " your car has electrical issues' then he shown me a list. I said " i will pay extra or my insurance will if you can fix it here. But he said they have no electrical service here.

    I asked for invoice but he coudnt give me..something wrong with the computer. So i ask for the key which he gave me, then i look around for my car, then tried to start it but a big smoke coming from the back of my car; then the car wont start and sounds like it is drowning.. return to Adam in the office to let him know. He also tried to start it but failed then called one guy with electrical gudget He also failed to make car start.

I said " i drived this car this morning, NO PROBLEM, i drive this car last night from Penrith NO problem. And paid online for a routine checks and tyres change NOW car is undrivable? 

Adam, asked me to leave the car overnight so that they can check inside, i said oK but " can you please let me know when to come.

This morning i keep waiting to hear from Adam but didnt happen. U decided to come to Katoomba but to my dismay, they are close.Saturday!!! Close at 12nn. I was looking for my car but nowhere i can find it.

For many years it trusted MYCAR even before became MYCAR im very satisfied with there services..at onetime i paid almost 5k for services and had no complaints. Weather itS MyCAR in TOWNSVILLE QLD to MYCAR in BLOCKBURN in Melbourne. They are all very professional and worth the service fee.

I am hoping to drive my car again, soon

I dealt with Joe at MyCar Katoomba yesterday. His service was excellent, and his manner was really well-mannered and friendly. There was a discount offer that I hadn't been aware of, however he rushed my job through even though he was very busy. My compliments.

I am servicing my car in Katoomba Service centre for the past 8 years, and with very few problems, my experience was always great - with staff and service provided. With very few exceptions, I do prefer this service than Mercedes. Thanks.

Simply they did the job right

They did what we needed them to do and found a few other issues unfortunately. They then helped to work through the other issues.

Good service by staff at Katoomba.
But poor booking system, upon arrival advised they had no record of booking second time this happen in 12 months.

Friendly staff, great service

Great service. My only concern was that the website wouldn’t allow me to schedule the Pink Slip as it said no mechanics were available for the date requested (or a number of days either side). I was booking well in advance due to a pending overseas trip which overlapped the rego expiry date. A quick phone call to MyCar Katoomba and all was sorted. But again, great service, friendly and efficient staff!

Great service from the manager, attentive and knowledgeable, very happy, although 5 services now and still go home with black grease prints on bonnet, guards, wheels.

A quick wipe would finish a perfect job.

Accepted re-schedule without fuss, did the job and looked after me whilst waiting. So all good

Mycar received me with with no appointment to replace a headlight. They were professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.
