Such a friendly and helpful team. I brought my car in last minute to have a puncture repaired and they squeezed me first thing the next morning. I found them to be really honest and trustworthy, which can be rare to come across when it comes to mechanics.

Mycar Tyre &Auto Eltham ensures that my car is safe and that the service is affordable in that only essential work is done to keep me safe and my car as roadworthy as possible.

The staffs in different section cooperates and helps each other to compliment the experience or knowledge shortfall which is good. New staff is lack of knowledge and may overcharge customer until they cross-check with service centre which needs to aware.

Chris and his team were very helpful and professional. Took car in for service, they found it needed new brake pads and rotors. Arranged them and installed them for me.

I have been going to Mycar in Eltham over the years and there is a lovely man who has always been honest and helpful who is 2nd in charge and he was the reason I booked in for a service and also recommended a friend so we serviced our cars the same morning. Unfortunately the lovely honest man wasn’t on and my friend and I dealt with manager. He told us both we needed new wipers & Tyers. My friend did need 2 new Tyers not 4 but I needed none.

The manager was pushy and straight out lied. My friend and myself will not return.
Also was charged for a back wiper and they didn’t replace went in the following morning and the lovely man who is 2nd in charge replaced it and apologised for being charged for something they hadn’t done.
Unless the 2nd in charge becomes manager my friend and I will not be returning.

When the RACV got my Honda HR-V unexpectedly towed to mycar Eltham 3095, it was dealt with in a timely manner firstly in identifying the exact problem as to why it wouldn't start, then in obtaining the required items including a search through wrecker sites for one part. Excellent communication and friendly follow through service. Would recommend.

The boys did everything they said they would and did it on time and the cost was as quoted - No Surprises!

Always great service. We needed our car back fairly quickly due to netball commitments with our daughters. The car was ready in 2 hours and everything was perfect.
