With a British passport that expired 30years ago and faced with the new need for a British passport, I am so very glad that I chose MY British Passport to help this 79 year old navigate the passport application process from Canada. Very clear quick responses to any queries I had. I felt Renate had the system and sequence of renewing my passport at her fingertips and that was a huge relief. It was expensive as a service but worth every penny. I would recommend the service to anybody needing to renew their passport.

UK Abroad, helped make the application process of renewing my expired UK passport effortless. They gave clear instructions of what to provide, and sent through the courier tickets to send documents via DHL. All I had to do was follow each step of their clear instructions. Their service provided peace of mind.

This was the first time we used the online process to renew our passports, and it is a huge improvement over the old form based application (especially for those like us living outside the UK).

Any dealing with a government bureaucracy is usually fraught, particularly in circumstances where you are out of the country and a series of documentation particulars are required. From the beginning of reinstating my UK Passport I was assigned a dedicated advisor, Madeleine, who informed me in very clear terms of what I was required to do for each and every step, while I was under time pressure to obtain my passport.
Fortunately, and thankfully for the process which I went through, from initiation to receipt of my passport, inclusive of international courier usage, the process took 5 weeks all up. The dedicated support was invaluable.

Jan was fantastic! She guided me every step of the way. Also, she calmed my anxiety about the delivery of my passport and even replied to a nervous email on a Sunday afternoon.

I would highly recommend using this company to help you with British passport application from abroad - particularly if you have any potential complications. From start to finish my consultant, Saretha, helped me through the whole process with great patience and professionalism. All of my queries were answered quickly. The paperwork that I had to organise was explained to me very clearly. There is no way that I could have got everything organised so quickly by myself. Time was an issue because I am planning to go to the UK soon and I was worried that I wouldn't get my son's passport in time. No need to worry at all! I was in safe hands with Saretha. Everything went extremely smoothly and I can now book our flight to the UK.

I had trouble with understanding the difference between an original and certified copy of my birth certificate. In NZ it’s acceptable to use the certified copy. I know it said original but many people don’t have this and it would help to have this stressed and what would be needed instead if it’s lost , this would have helped me. Being of an older generation I was certainly challenged. I appreciated the quick response from my consultation Madeline when I was anxiously waiting.

Anelia gave me explicit instructions towards obtaining a British passport, with back-and-forth emails detailing the next steps in that regard. I hope she will still be around when I have to renew in TEN YEARS!

I was at a loss to where to go or who would help with my passport application and trying to get information at where or how far along my application was nonexistent until I got onto UK Passports. They kept me up to date and tracked my passport right up to delivery in Australia. So very thankful for a great service.

Living in Australia, born and bred in Scotland, I have just reapplied for my British Passport.
My contact from the UK Passport end was a lady named Leigh, she was assigned to my application.
I can honestly say, my Passport payment application was received on 06 May and I received my new Passport by courier in Perth, Western Australia today 11 June.
During this process, Leigh showed outstanding customer service and answered every little qualm I had.
She made the whole process relaxing for me, assuring me to email any time I was worried about anything.
I hope this feedback helps anyone who is nervous about the whole procedure, as I was a nervous wreck at the beginning.

I was trying to renew my U K Passport on line I was contacted by a female passport officer by the name of Glenda who I have to say was very helpful and patient as I had to submit passport photo several times before success so I would just like to say a big thank you to Glenda for her excellent service for an older client who is not very good with technology as I'm sure she knows.
