sent them book in great condition
sent them book in great condition, then they said they are not accepting it because it "didn't fit their standards."
Now they are keeping it unless i send them money. Scam website.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration. Sometimes water damage can be hard to spot, especially if it is located on pages in the index or inside the back cover. Please note that we do state in our terms and conditions that we do not purchase books with liquid damage. We offered to mail the book back to you, as we were not purchasing it, and we do ask for a low cost return shipping reimbursement, as per our terms and conditions.
Bad Experience - They "bought" and have my book, I still have no money.
1st time user. They received my book on 12/28, and supposedly sent money via PayPal on 1/6...no payment received, and no response to inquiries why as of yet. Bad business, stay clear.

SCAM
SCAM! They promised $172.01 and because the package was taken to the USPS 7 days later (They wanted it at the post office by 1/24/18 and I dropped it off 1/31/18) They decided to only give me $84.54. There was a snow storm in our area on those dates. I am a single mom, full time student and paralegal. It is tough trying to juggle everything. I don't need a shady company stealing my money and/or not returning my personal property if they cannot abide by our agreement. I hope they will make this right so I can give them a better review! But for now I would use another more trustworthy site!

If you are unable to mail your buyback order within the 7 day period, we ask that you resubmit another buyback order as the initial one expires. All books that we received from you were mailed back to your address, and they were received by you back in the mail.
