Staying away
I was contemplating signing up for Bluprint basedon my experience with Craftsy, but based on the last 10 reviews I read I am definitely staying away!!!

I CAN'T RATE THIS BAD ENOUGH.... HORRIBLE,WORTHLESS MONEY GRUBBING SITE!
worst then bad,
I have complained lots of time to never be satisfied, I loved it when it was crafty, but when they changed to blueprint their site stinks. Bluprint is nothing but a shell of a website without a shred of useful content, or any sense that there are any actual crafters, or live people involved at all!you can not get ahold of an actual person to talk to What a heartless, money-grubbing way to destroy a good thing. What a waste of money for NOTHING but lists & lists of useless things to buy. . Stay away from this junk site! They’re just want to take our money. It’s pretty obvious they won’t last because they have nothing to offer.
Bluprint is nothing like Craftsy.
Craftsy was my go-to place for ideas & instruction, product reviews & fabric. The minute I was funneled through to Bluprint, I knew my happy, helpful moments were history. I tried to like it, I really did! But there is not one compelling reason to hope it will improve. The constant urging to “upgrade” to the high cost membership is what killed whatever respect they stole from the Craftsy name. Bluprint is nothing but a hollow shell of a website without a shred of useful content, or any sense that there are any actual crafters, or live people involved at all! What a heartless, money-grubbing way to destroy a good thing. What a waste of money for NOTHING but lists & lists of useless things to buy. Access to those lists required paying MORE money from people like me, who can ill-afford it. Stay away from Bluprint! They’re just one more Corp. owned site set up to take our money. It’s pretty obvious they won’t last because they have nothing to offer.
Customer Service by email only...BEWARE!
i purchased classes under craftsy and cannot access them. I have been working with customer service via emails 1-2 per day since last Friday. we are in different time zones and the issue is not resolved yet. Let this be a warning to anyone who think they will get help quick if needed that you won’t. Us customers are not important enough to speak to them therefore they determine if and when they will help the people who purchased these classes. Email only customer service does not work and people should not purchase their classes. Bluprint purchased craftsy and its customers and basically ditched them. You will only have their attention for the time it takes to purchase something from them. As you can see the follow up responses to these reviews are generic because they have to reply to sound as if they are genuinely sorry. They're not.

Zero Customer Service and after reading the reviews...
Not only can I not get questions answered because of the "bot" telling me "that's not an email," I can't even seem to do a simple unsubscribe from their SPAM emails that I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. I click on unsubscribe and never get a confirmation. I am so glad I read the reviews before handing over my credit card number.
I agree with the person who said that something strange is going on with this company. I have absolutely no trust with this poo.

The absolute worst in customer…
The absolute worst in customer Service. They reply with an answer to a question you never asked and never give you an answer to the question you did ask ( if they answer at all)!
Unbelievable customer service! No phone support whatsoever. I am so frustrated with dealing with these imbeciles.

I used Craftsy a lot a few years back
I used Craftsy a lot a few years back , then got a surprise that it was now Bluprint . Well my classes and patterns were all still there and I bought another class and downloaded the new app .so far so good but then I try to watch on my Roku and guess what , you need a subscription apparently , well I guess that’s another way of bilking members for dough after they already shelled out for a class and it’s not acceptable . I don’t contribute to a streaming service with Apple and I still have access to all my own content on the Roku app for appletv . Bluprint needs to get a grip , the your monopoly is getting far to big for your britches .
Cost of the subscription keeps…
Cost of the subscription keeps skyrocketing. Not worth the cost. Customer service is a run around with no human contact available. Once they lock you in much like the mafia and street gangs you can’t get out.

Beware
Price issues. App does not work. A friend is a teacher and they treat their teachers horribly per her report. If you expect interaction with a teacher, they are only committed to answer and interact with students the first year of contract. Then students are mad because no return e-mails or comments. Teachers make hardly nothing. They run sales and cut teachers $. Things may have changed... not sure
Crooks!
This company is the absolute WORST.....they will not let you cancel your subscription even though they say you can cancel at any time.
The initial problem I encountered on the website was that there was no place to cancel, so I contacted them and received a generic” email stating they would get back with me but they never did. This was back in May 2019
Now its the end of 2019 and I noticed Blueprint slipped in a charge of $85.39 on my credit card for another years subscription. I contacted them and again no response, just a generic email stating they will get back with me and they haven’t.
I am disputing the charge today. This company does not honor their word, they choose to ignore any communication you send them and then top it off by slipping in a charge for another year’s worth of an unwanted subscription. Nothing like a poorly run company that steals your money.

I spent THREE hours trying to sign up
I spent THREE hours trying to sign up, even though I was unsure what I was getting into. I couldn’t get any help except through a robot who kept demanding my account info. I kept responding that I don’t have an account, I’m trying to get one. Every time I would put that in, the Bot would respond “that doesn’t look like an email“. My email wouldn’t have done them any good because I didn’t have an account. It was insane and just went in circles. Every time I would get a live person the chat thing would malfunction and I would lose contact. I kept trying to tell them that I thought their website was bad. It was an exercise in total insanity.

So far a 5
So far a 5. I was a craftsy enthusiast, and was disappointed by the change. I joined Blueprint and initially had an issue which turned out to be technical glitch on my end. While they don’t have a number you can call, they were quick to get back with me via email and were more than happy to remedy the situation .
Very happy.
My only disappointment is that they do not have an app on the Apple TV.☹️. I hear it’s in the works though. 🤞
Used to be a happy Craftsy member
Used to be a happy Craftsy member, but don’t like the changes since bought out by big conglomerate. I still subscribe to emails and occasionally check into special offers, but something very suspicious is going on. I was just reading reviews for a product, it indicates there are 39 reviews ranging from 1 star to 5 stars...but it only shows me about 10 reviews and none of them are less than 3 stars! things that make you go hmmm. I think it’s time to unsubscribe.
I’m from Indonesia
I’m from Indonesia. I hope I can join bluprint like I used to with craftsy.
If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. They have absolutely the worst customer service EVER. They will not use the phone and their bots are terrible. Their chat service is useless and they don't even reply. It seems more than obvious that they are not interested in helping customers at all. They do not even appear interested in getting new customers, I tried to get a subscription for my sister and they said that l could not.

Excellent customer service!
Hi this review is just for customer service as I have yet to use the site.
I had a Craftsy account but haven't used it for 2 years. I also didn't have my info to sign in.
I contacted Bluprint and gave them my old email address etc. I thought I would definitely lose my classes. To my surprise I got a very quick response from Chet. He found my active account and helped me access it.
Very happy with the customer service. Will update when I start using the site.
I did love the Craftsy site also!
If I could give them no stars I would
If I could give them no stars I would. Worthless, less than worthless!
Disppointed
I dont like the lay out very much on the page. You have to keep pushing the load button to see more classes. Not a good over view . The site most definately needs work and is not as inviting as the old crafsty.

Loved Craftsy. Bluprint, not so much.
Loved Craftsy and used it all the time. I also bought yarn from Craftsy. Then comes Bluprint. They send all these emails about signing up. They finally sent an offer for one year at $59.99 so I signed up. I had trouble signing in so I contacted their help line and got the option to chat, but no one is available before official Mountain Time Scheduled opening. Forget about calling them because they don’t do anything by phone. As for the bot, it can’t answer much and says it will get your question to “someone.” In the meantime I check and see that the only amount visible to be as to the charge was $79.99. So I cancelled. In the meantime, I get an email that no, it was only $59.99, and it would later rise to $79.99 after one year. What am I so concerned about?
Should signing up for anything be this convoluted and should anyone selling a service isolate themselves from responding to customers directly? And I don’t mean by bots or someone who clearly doesn’t understand your concerns. To annoy an already annoyed customer by minimizing their concerns is not good business.
