RUN RUN RUN I bought product the charging cord broke. I returned product 2 months later will not respond to any communications…. I got taken BIG TIME
I ordered one of these eye devices several months ago, and the first time I attempted to use it, it would not stay on, kept shutting itself off before doing a whole cycle. Clearly, it is defective.
I requested a return authorization and instead was offered a fifty percent discount on the item "if I would just keep it". Why would I keep something defective? I declined this ridiculous offer.
After another month of emails back and forth, with the same canned response that the matter is being researched, I sent the item back to the return address, insured, ( no return authorization was ever provided), and have never gotten any further emails confirming the return or any indication a refund.
would be forthcoming
To date, no refund was processed back to my card so I have initiated a dispute for the charge.
Product and customer service both highly unsatisfactory.
They advertise a product that they say helps dry eye and vision, etc. they say it’s FDA registered. They mention a physician.
The worst part is they say there’s 100% moneyback guarantee with no need to return the product which is not true, they only give 50% and the product is absolutely worthless
I ordered the product back the beginning of June. Blissia Organics claimed it was delivered June 21, 2025 to my apartment building which was stolen. I have emailed Blissia 2 times and asked what is the status. At this point, I just want my money refunded.
This is just an eye massager
Don't buy it not worth it.
Tried to return it and they offer you to keep it with 50% refund or pay to ship it to china for refund.
My package was shipped from CA not china!
I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back
the item I bought was not suitable and in spite of the guarantee of 100% return, I was offered 50%as it is an American Co, but still after over 6 weeks still trying to get the repayment
I ordered this massager for my husband who has glaucoma. I thought that I best try it myself before he did. It wasn't good. I received the OptiCare Pro with no instructions. So I put them on and after I was done realized that my eyes were so bad. Talk about dry eye. Still struggling with my eyes so I didn't dare allow my husband to try. He has stents in his eyes. I decided to send them back. I heard from one person asking for my order number. I sent it back right away, but when I hit submit... it came back to me. I tried several times to submit, but it is no longer an email. When I pull up Myblissia OptiCare it no longer has a website. I can only pull it up under OptiCare Pro with the website: ???????????? which is the same one that I used that is no longer good. It is sad, because the massager seems to be made well, it just didn't work for me.
I had the product for 2 days. It shut off after 30 seconds. The customer service number is not in service. I did get an email response, on how to reset the unit. It did not work. I asked for a refund. The company no longer responds to my emails. Total SCAM.....
The Blissia does not fit my face properly. I have had it for one day and am requesting a refund. The customer service number has been disconnected. Not a good omen! I am turning this over to my credit card company if I don't hear back promptly from Blissia.
****I was only offered a 50% refund for a product that didn't work for me and was said wto have a FULL refund policy. Why would I keep a product that doesn't work for me? Customer service says that international return shipping is "quite expensive and inconvenient - with long transit lines, customs handling, and additional costs typically handled by the customers." This is a total scam. STAY AWAY !!!!!
I ordered the Blissia Cervical Massager. It was advertised on Facebook. It promised a 100% refund if the buyer is unhappy with the product.
The massager is small enough for a small child but not large enough to be comfortable on an adult human. But most importantly, all it would do (after proper charging) was light up around the on/off button. I emailed Blissia that it was non-functioning and that I requested a refund. They offered to let me keep it for 50%. Now, why would I want a non-working item? I said "no" I wanted a 100% refund as was promised in their Facebook ad. They emailed back that their policy is that to get a refund I would have to ship it to China! I have turned it over to my charge card company.
Folks, Be Aware! Possible scam for you!
