Is this a scam?

The interface is copied from HostHavok.
Server not responding for 24 hours after setup when the interface says it is running.
Contact support for no response for 23 hours.
I not only do not recommend this but called my card company to make sure it was not paid.

This hosting website is a scam!!! I made the mistake of recommending this server host to a friend because it had the best price for the hardware. There were issues with the server from the start & customer service is incredibly slow to reply to any tickets.

The first issue they stated was on their end, they had a hardware issue and finally they fixed it so we were able to play. Then they double charged my friend for a month, and support takes DAYS to message back for a double charge. This is over $100+! STILL trying to work with customer support & they just go and delete our Ark server! No refund yet!

This place is a scam and I regret ever recommending it. Hopefully they make it right but we'll see I guess. For now I recommend going with another website.

Purchased a Valheim server that was supposed to be instant. They respond with shadey responses, it was not instant - in fact never delivered. Trying to get a refund and having to go through paypal disputes after they agreed to refund. Site seems like a scam. "Escalating to manager" seems to be their copy pasta response. Steer clear. They run under two names. Reviewed on both.

I usually don't write reviews, but I was impressed that BlackBox was able to set up for me a custom ARK server in Bangladesh, i have been trying so many different providers, but the only one that truly tried and helped was BlackBox great support. love them!

Fast and reliable server setup, I have been using a dedicated server for days for some months now, friendly control panel features that work for both casual and advanced users. Automated server files backups and restores easy specs upgrade and server files updates. Happy with the service.

Great experience right from connecting with the sales team on live chat, helping me understand what would be the best for my game server in terms of hardware. Purchasing my server was easy and I was even playing within 20 minutes.

I needed some help setting up some mods not realizing that there is a 1 click install for mods and plugins right from the steam workshop. The support team was lightning fast with the responses and helped me on my way.

I have been running an ARK Server now for over a month and it has been amazing, best support and performance no lag at all and very quick replies on support. A+++

i am very pleased with the service, tickets got full attention and they helped my setup my custom server unlike other providers.

Recently switched our Empyrion Galactic Survival server from Nitrado to Blackbox. I was looking for a company that had superior technical support. I found exactly what I was looking for. I have full control over the server, not the Technical (Or lack of) department. Black boxes' control panel is a joy to work with. The addition of the "Easy configurator" makes setup, updating, modding, backups, control a breeze. Black box also had a setup option where they would migrate and set up the new server. Didn't lose a file. Technical support was extremely responsive and helpful during setup.

The support from BlackBox is awesome, on top of their servers running very well and if I ever had any issues even with Lag they helped get it sorted.

I must say I'm happy to be a customer of them as I've tried others and haven't had as good of a time as I am here.
I plan to stick around and open up even more with them as well.

I’ve been using BlackBoxServers for a while now and I can honestly say it’s so worth it. Great price and quality for the services they offer. Huge thank you to Stanley Woodhouse who has helped me on several occasions and has always been quick and professional to detail will any issues I’ve had. But also everyone else who has helped out the whole team has been fantastic.

10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone looking to host a gaming server.
