We ordered 2 items, one was shipped the other was never shipped. Order was marked as completed. Emails come back as not monitored, successful in talking to someone and was told the items were drop ship items and they would get to the bottom of it. Since then when I try to call I always get the message stating they are all busy to please call back. Have left messages with no return calls or information from them in any form. It has been over a month now with no results and yes I was charged for the missing item.
UPDATE: The phone is now being answered: by the company that took over, former owner was Spiral Binding. I was also able to find out that in fact the Spirol ownership had canceled half of my order the day after it was ordered from the manufacturer of the product. (Like so many orders were being taken, customer charged and then ordered a drop ship from the manufacturer of the item.)

I have been a MyBinding.com customer for over eight years and have always appreciated their reasonable prices and reliable products. My September 2025 order was marked “completed,” but it did not ship and no payment was processed. I have tried reaching out by phone and left messages but have not heard back. I hope to receive a response soon so I can continue ordering with confidence.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Total scam artists. They came out and wrongfully diagnosed an issue with a machine I needed repairing. Charged me half the value of the machine to not do anything to it. They said We were responsible for the initial visit and that included 0 progress on the machine we have. They went ahead and charged the card on file anyway and performed 0 work. Their technician sat around for an hour and waited for "Someone from the office" to call him back before rendering the visit useless. I told them I was willing to pay for the trip and fuel but I do not want to pay for a mistake on their part. They didnt want to hear anything and said they can come back out but the last visit would not be credited in any way. The machine is still down and we were charged half of its value because this company wants YOU the customer to assume the risk for them getting into business.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

We ordered two items and it said they would arrive in 4 to 6 business days. I checked on the status 4 business days later and was told my items were on backorder and they were expected in two to three weeks. No communication from this company at all. Customer service is non-existent. We will not be able to complete our customers order and they will cancel.

The paper was just what I expected. Works great in my printer.

Ordering process was easy and efficient, price was very attractive, and delivery was much faster than anticipated.

Receiving the item I ordered in a timely fashion was extremely important to me. I was extremely satisfied with the amount of time it took to receive package. What I am absolutely impressed with is the product, high quality. That is very import to me as a court reporter, final product!

good seller, fast shipping

The xyron refills are cheaper than anywhere else I've found. The shipping was super fast. My order arrived in two days!

Easy to order , great price and ontime delivery schedule

Good customer service and fast shipping however they never provided tracking info so they just showed up

1. Either I missed the order delivery status email or it did not state it was a partial order and when the back order would be shipped.

2. The label on the box was rather tiny and I don’t recall it was specifically marked with my name, We receive lots of packages and whatever we can do to make receiving most efficient is appreciated.

No communication. The product we ordered was back ordered. This company never sent an email or called to let us know. We then decided to have them ship overnight to us. Upon calling them the day the product should have arrived, we were informed that the overnight shipping was canceled. The young lady that was my customer service rep was nice, but every question I had for her, she would have to put me on hold and ask a supervisor. Ended up cancelling the order only to have the order arrive 4 days later. Just a terrible experience all around.

Excellent product, we will use MyBinding again. If you need your purchase sooner rather than later, I would suggest paying for faster shipping. It took exactly 2 weeks from order date to receive without paying extra shipping.

Great sale price on my needed Xyron refills. Also, shipping was beyond expectations! I think my shipment arrived the very next day! Highly recommend.

One box of mat cutter blades is not much of an order, but I received great service when UPS delivered a cut open empty shipping bag. Customer service took care of getting my blades to me ASAP. Great job.
