Do not buy

I’ve tried this twice now as I really wanted to like it. The stickiness on the razor blade doesn’t last and sticks to everything, it’s so bad that it actually impedes the way it functions.

I also find the little blade top is always falling off, would not recommend.

I've used Billie razors for years now…

I've used Billie razors for years now and the quality of the razors has been getting noticeably worse. They get dull much faster, and the aloe moisturizer (above and around the blades) gets all over the blades, making it harder to use.

It is also frustrating that they don't send courtesy/reminder emails prior to them charging your card for your next shipment. I'm aware that not all subscription companies send reminder emails, but many of them do so that you can update your shipping address, change the shipment date, add items, or just skip the shipment completely. This is especially frustrating since you can't do a one-time purchase through their site, they only operate on a subscription model.

Silly Billie

Upon purchase the razor worked amazingly!! I thought OMG where has this been all my life? Second shave I only did armpits and it was good. Third use, absolutely useless. Hair left everywhere despite going over the area multiple times. Frustrated, I grabbed my trusty Venus razor to finish the job Sillie Billie couldn’t master!

Billie is OKAY

Billie is OKAY. I find that my orders take forever to arrive (shipped october 4th, told it would arrive by October 18th with absolutely no tracking available. Their website says "No tracking, but rest assured they're on their way." What company in 2025 doesn't have tracking available for you to view?! This makes no sense. I like having eyes on my tracking to ENSURE that its on its way - not trusting that it will just arrive (Porch Pirates, Delivery drives not caring etc, etc.) the product itself is okay - I got the pink sparkle handle and its already turned tinge-yellow.

They have the worst customer service…

They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I started using these blades in 2021 and so did my (2) daughters. We were spending over $50 a month between the (3) of us and some months more.
I ordered the dermaplaning kit and it was awful. They don’t work at all. I immediately took them off of my subscription and threw them away.
My monthly subscription kept coming and charging me over and over for the dermaplaning blades. I called and emailed saying they had done it for (3) months after I cancelled those from the subscription. When I called they said “well we can’t see anything on our end. You can send us copies of your credit card statement showing we charged you for them. What???? It was a total of (3) months which was about $30. I said so your saying that I have to go jumping through hoops gathering all this info over $30 credit to my acct because they couldn’t find it? She said well if I want my money back that’s what I have to do. I told her oh no you keep the $30 you stole from me. Their business sense is as bad as their customer service. I had been a customer (plus two daughters) for over (4) years at that point. So I said okay cancel my acct and I’m done. I changed to Flamingo which is SOO much better of a product and incredible customer service. We are so happy using Flamingo so it was a blessing in disguise! If you are looking for a company that makes amazing razor blades, awesome shaving products, great customer service that appreciates their customers FLAMINGO is the company you want! So happy with flamingo and would never go back to their marginal razor blades and horrible customer service. That’s for sure. Hope this helps you make an educated decision without wasting your money on a company like Billie blades!

I bought this brand thinking I was…

I bought this brand thinking I was getting a better razor. I was planning to start a subscription if I liked them. After 2 or 3 time using it I noticed the blad kept getting duller. I actually never received a close shave from the time I bought it. I've only had it for 2 weeks. I've already replaced the blades. I figured for a better razor I would pay a little more. I now see them on clea racks. Do not recommend for the money!

Wouldn’t recommend the disposables

Bought the disposable pack from my local Woolworths, never head about them before but they were on special so I gave them a go. Firstly the plastic is that hard to get off I sliced my thumb trying, and the razor is sooo blunt it literally took me that long to shave. 🪒

I would have a nicer shave with a butter knife

I brought the starter pack from my local Woolworths.
Firstly - the magnetic holder, doesn't actually stick the wall as it has what appears to be blue tack on it. They did provide another sticky strip to use if it didnt stick, it just raised question why blue tack was even an option.
Secondly, the box states they recommend changing the razor every 7 days. I thought that seemed excessive until I noticed the gel/guide substance on the razor head dissolve in less then 48hours.
Thirdly, the razor is blunt. I did not get a smooth shave. My legs post shave were prickly. Some area cut, others didnt. (The leg hair was previously shaved the week prior) my arm pits... didnt cut at all.

The handle/grip was nice but thats all it had going for it.

Late and damaged

First the order was lost in the mail, contacted customer support. They sent another email wanting my contact info, I had already provided in prior email, but ok, I resent it. Did not hear back from them. Week later the order showed up damaged. The order’s packaging was severely damaged. Lotion bottle was cracked on the side and lotion had leaked onto everything. Again I emailed customer service with photos and a vid. I still have not heard back from costumer service.

Surprised by poor reviews

I'm suprised how many people have had a bad experience with this company. I have been getting Billie sent to my house for years now and even sent the razor handle + several months worth of razors to 2 friends and my sister. That's how much I have loved the razor. Not only that, but I accidently made two accounts at one point, both with subscriptions receiving monthly refills. I needed to cancel one of those accounts and the subscription with it and I had no issues at all doing so. I used a chat feature to ask an employee how to do so, and I was able to handle it immediately on the website. I do admit that was over a year ago, so perhaps their ethics have changed? I'll have to log in and see.

I bought this razor for the 1st time

I bought this razor for the 1st time, so when I went to use it the first time it caused a few rashes and I broke out in hives, I thought it was cause it’s just a new razor, so I go to use it again and it did that same thing again, my skins so irritated and I’m getting rashes and hives mind you it’s been 3-4 days since I used it and it still won’t go away, idk if it’s just my skin or if it’s just having sensitive skin this is not the one for me, I don’t know but I’m gonna say it’s not the same for everyone but if you got super sensitive skin I wouldn’t use it!

Not worth it.

These give a good shave however the razor heads pop off the handle constantly it’s very frustrating.

Charging me after cancelling and not responding

I have cancelled my account over a year ago and they keep billing me and sending razors. I wrote Billy 3X since May (it is now Nov) at hello @mybillie dot com and they have yet to answer. I even changed my paypal to not have the payment go through and then they charged my credit card!

If Billie responds below to write them at hello @mybillie dot com and say they will make it right they are lying because I already wrote them 3x.

This is my first bad review ever in the history of ever...that is have angry i am with Billie

My mother subscribed to Billie at my…

My mother subscribed to Billie at my recommendation. She received her first order but was never given the opportunity to create an online account and no email was ever sent with a link to do so. We checked Spam/Junk but no email. We have both emailed hello billie several times abt this and no response. She even attempted calling the phone number for billie as it appeared on her Amex Bill & was hung up on! She wants to cancel this service due to their horrible customer service but cant even do that because she cant access her account! This is beyond ridiculous! I am hoping billie does something to make this right.
