Absolute joke

Absolute joke, my parcel was left on the front by delivery driver, he even pictured it himself, my parcel has obviously been stolen and they are refusing a refund, wont be dealing with these again..........

Our delivery driver was supposed to obtain your signature on delivery, however you've asked Hermes to deliver to a 'safe place' and took all responsibility from that point (as prompted by Hermes notification). So i ordered a new brake replacement…

So i ordered a new brake replacement after my electric scooter fell over and it snapped. After waiting over a week i decided to drop a email to find out what was going on, i received an update straight away and a refund the very next day as order had been lost. I reordered again through Amazon and received my order within 3 days, i have also ordered other parts from this site and have always been happy with the quality of the parts. Very professional and quick response would definitely recommend.

In the meantime, we've offered you an alternative source for the product and full refund could be issued tomorrow (one week after order date).
