My experience with Best Prize has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. I placed an order (Order: 2234) in March and had to cancel it. I was promised a refund within 5 to 9 working days, yet it has been months, and I'm still waiting for my refund of over 600 euros.
Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I've been met with nothing but empty assurances and excuses. Their responses have been vague and unhelpful, with no concrete updates or timeline provided for my refund.
It's deeply concerning that Best Prize shows no regard for fulfilling their obligations to their customers. Even after expressing my intent to pursue legal action due to their negligence in returning my hard-earned money, they continue to ignore my requests for resolution.
I want to make it clear to others reading this review that I am actively looking into legal action to recover the funds owed to me. It's evident that Best Prize prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction and integrity. I strongly advise against engaging with this company unless you're willing to risk losing your money and enduring endless frustration.
