The couch I ordered is even nicer in person than in the 3d simulator, very pleased with it. The chat agent I spoke to twice was very helpful and quick to respond. The entire process was very quick and simple, from order to assembly.

Delivery time was rougly 1,5 weeks to the Czech Republic, I have decided beforehands based on a free sample. The bed itself weighs cca 80 kg, feels solid. Material (velur) is nice to touch, but leaves trails after strokes, but that's just the material's property. Build instructions could definitely use some upgrade, it wasn't super fool proof and properly marked, assembly itself took cca 3,5 hours. Bed with a storage compartment has a lot of storage space and good mechanism, but attaching mattress frame to the bed frame was very unergonomic and challenging because of a threads without run-up. Could use some bend sheet metal to hold it in place for screwing operation. Screw unification (to preferably hex key) would also be nice. Satisfied overall, gave 5 stars instead of 4 because this company deserves it, great value / price ratio.
