Order trainers a month ago for my…

Order trainers a month ago for my granddaughter's birthday. Have not received them. Have sent a considerable number of emails but have had no responses. More than £50 down on the deal. Have no hope of hearing from them or receiving the goods. A shockingly terrible company. Can only suggest that nobody deals with them. Not sure if they are trading.
