Been a member of myalfred for about 13 and a bit months.

Thought I’d leave a review finally as I promised them I would in a year if I was happy.
And I’m glad to say the software has met my expectations.

Like most I thought I’d make a ton of money but the consultant reassured me and was more realistic with what could be achieved with the capital I started with. I wasn’t disheartened at all as I appreciated his honesty and it has slowly built up and is now well out performing my shares with my advisor.

My two cents is have a healthy expectation and communicate with the team they’re there to help. Also for the ones on here talking about getting phone calls, I did too but I gave them an opportunity to explain what they do instead of ignoring them. So keep an open mind it’s a 5min call to learn more.

I received a call from a young female voice, Asian accent: "Hi, MyAlfred." "Who is that?" (I didn't understand). She disconnected the call. I checked the phone number: MyAlfred. Checked the trustpilot and here it is.

These are all false reviews. They are a scam. They've been calling my partner non stop despite the fact he's on the do not call register which ACMA has already take them to court for once.

Why does suspected spam come up when this company contacts you.
Something dodgy going on with this lot.

Great customer support, I have my own consultant that I can talk directly to and txt him as well. No complaints here.

Look the software cost money, sure but you get what you pay for. Before buying Alfred I was stupid and bought cheap overseas software that was $20 a month thinking it’ll work well without me using any common sense. Like How could cheap software make me money, if it was so good then why is it so cheap. Like a massage therapist they normally charge $70-$80 an hr so if one was $30 an hr then yeah they’re crap. As the saying goes you get what you pay for and im very happy with the my Alfred system.

Very friendly staff, and a good product that does everything for me. I would recommend them.

Finally a company with no BS fluff. I see so much crap on social media about getting rich quick with yachts and bags of money that you just know it’s a scam. But with My Alfred there was no fluff, just transparency and proof which I personally really liked.

Ive referred a mate to myalfred as im happy with the returns and the customer service has
been fantastic.
My mate told me about this thread so i thought id leave my 2 cents. Like most people i run
things through my wife however shes always saying no to these things like this which is
super annoying but my consultant was understanding and offered a trial so she can see the
results which i did hence why we bought the program.
Theres a comment somewhere here about a staff member being rude but like all things
theres 2 sides to every story and from my experience it was completely opposite to his. My
consultant wanted my wife to be involved hence offering the trial to help out. Ive dealt with
4 staff members there and they were all helpful.
My advice is have an open mind, the guys are there to help. I get it people have had bad
experience outside of myalfred with sale people in different areas like car sales and real
estate agents but you cant go in thinking you’re going to get pressured based on a different
past experience. Like with me they gave me something to think about and i assume if i was
to say no to buying during the trial they would have asked why which is totally ok to ask so i
can be provided with more info if need be. As consumers we dont like to give away to much
info about ourselves however theres no harm in someone asking whats changed your mind
for instance.

Was shown trade reports from there existing clients using the software. I saw not just profits
but losses too which they explained and showed me the strategy the software uses to re
coop losses to make a profit. Based on that i bought the program and have been using it
since October. Ive got no complaints, im very happy so far so good and best part of it all is i
dont touch anything, the system does everything for me

I signed up on facebook to their trial. They've ticked all my boxes with being registered in Australia. They link software to your own broker account, I’m much more comfortable with that as they can’t touch my equity. Started trading with them in Dec, can now say I'm impressed with the system and customer service

Ive been using the service for 12 months. No complaints.

I did a trial and lost money (hit a stop loss so lost only some funds) so of course I was a little bit dubious and disappointed. My consultant was on the phone to me the next day to explain what happen which I really appreciated.

I still joined up with them as she was very honest if anything brutally honest with me about losses and gave me reassurance that the strategy is profitable. I was also shown verified trading results of their existing clients using the software and indeed showed losses too but over a period of time there was profit.

Well I’m glad to say after being with the company since last June I’m extremely happy, they were right from the get go. To date I’ve only had 2 months where I was down below where I started at the beginning of the month. So overall I’m well ahead in profit and I have made my money back on the software.

Hopefully I don’t get in to much trouble for saying this but I did get a little discount when I bought due to the loss so you could say in hind sight the loss was the best thing that could have happen to me.

My only advice would be to keep an open mind and don’t think the worse.

Profesional and patient customer service so far. The trial works but the product is quite expensive. Unfortunately there are not many other websites where you can find trustworthy reviews at all. Investigating further, seem that the company is legit and has the paperwork updated within Australia, but no idea if is fully real or end up being a scam. Could not find anyone saying something about the software functionality so far… The website seems made for a child honestly, although they are ready to explain to people that have no idea about trading (specially Forex). The exchange they use for the trial is trustworthy definitely and based is Australia since 2005.

Has anyone tried it in the long run already? Would appreciate an opinion please.

I have used the trial service and the software worked for me during the trial period.
However, I asked time to do company research against which I received worst customer service call ever.
The representative was arrogant, hostile, rude and condescending.
He started making sarcastic comments about me asking for couple of weeks for company research suggesting that its normally a 2 min job and why I need 2-3 weeks to do 2 min job. He also called me liar (in many words) because I shared with them earlier that I be traveling overseas and will do my research after returning back after 2-3 weeks.
Upon me requesting the copy of call, representative said he cannot commit to provide me copy of my call eventhough he mentioned calls is being recorded for training purposes. I did find out via quick google search that the company was advised by ACMA to keep record of all calls and complains. (This comment wont let me add the URL, but google ACMA and myalfred)

This is my first ever negative review but never had any customer support experience anything like this.
I will stay away from a company that treat their customer and potential customer this way.

Incessant sales calls. One of the sales guys was condescending and rude when I suggested that I'll do my own research and get back to them - The hallmark of a scam.

There's no information about their platform online. Just fake review sites created by their own team, and marketing videos that look like they were made on Fiverr.

And of course, their "free trial" requires parting with your own money upfront.

Wouldn't go near them.
