Well where does One start.
In and of itself Google.com is the best of the best and is one of the best search engine in todays world of content, news current affairs etc etc.

Absolutely disgraceful service, they remove my website every 3 days, it's fully verified and everything, I keep adding it back on and they tell me just to let them know when it happens again, when I let them know they just tell me to add it on again, hundreds of emails many many phone calls over 7 months and they still have done NOTHING! Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers.

Recently I put together a book of Photos that I have taken of my beloved Lhasa Apso over the course of many years. I have serious Cancer and he is very old. For Christmas I purchased these Photo Prints from Google Photos of my beloved dog. They are very meaningful to me. Google Photos charged me and sent these photos by UPS for Delivery to me. They never arrived. Everytime I try to call the 1800 UPS #- the machine tells me, "Sorry I didn't catch that", no matter what I say- UPS refuses to put a real person on and always hangs up on me. The local UPS stores are a nightmare too. They refuse to help and are super rude to me. A man answers named GABE who sounds like an old abuser. It's very scary. UPS NEVER helps me. I even found someone had put #MIN on my phone and entered the local UPS store phone where they are VERY CRUEL to me.
Now today Google Account services is refusing to help me because they say I can't "verify" my account. I continue clicking on their link and it takes me to a Google page that says"EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT", and there is No option to DO anything. A former abuser also wrote that same stupid phrase out on notecards that he used to hold up. It was freaky and wierd. He has stalked me everywhere and is a computer geek. I worry that he may work for Google at this local office. Anyway, I am the only account holder. I ordered the photos and have provided the order # plus tracking #. Google can easily see that I am the account owner asking for help.
A local Google office has opened and is staffed now in my State where I live. I don't know why but the replies are menacing and Google refuses to address the issue of my missing photos. They have also controlled and even changed many of my online Google Reviews. Google has caused me so much trouble with their search engine. Showing private cell#'s for hospitals and other places that I have to call for medical care. When I call many of these Google #'s-the people who answer are very cruel and zero help. It truly feels very personal and malicious as if they truly do not want to help ME-not ever.
It's Christmas. This might be my dog's and perhaps even my last Christmas and I really wanted those photos of my dog. He is the ONLY ONE who has loved me and been by my side for over 11 years now. Google is being very cruel in denying me my photos of my beloved dog.
