Telecom Egypt is the worst internet service in the world!

They provide limited quotas like (140GB, 250GB, etc.) at high prices for Egyptians, and people end up having to recharge at least 2–3 times a month, which is very expensive and not practical.

Frequent outages, slow speeds, and very poor service.

It is the worst internet service ever. The internet is barely working and it doesn't work every day there are so mandays that the internet is just not working and their teams don't do anything about it no matter how many times you call or request anything, also their customer service is terrible and most representatives are rude and they can never give you a solution for anything.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with We internet service. The connection is extremely unreliable, with very poor speeds. Customer service is also lacking—when I asked to speak with management, I was told that management is not allowed to call and that I would need to visit them in person—wasting my time and money. Calls are consistently long, often around 45 minutes, and the compensation they offer never reflects what we’ve lost. Overall, this is a terrible service. The customer care is unprofessional, rigid, and completely inflexible. I do not recommend it at all.”

The wifi is barely working while I pay so much money to it and they say it's the bets I want unlimited wifi I know you can because when the centarla burned the speed was insane downt pay it's a scam for your money and gas isnet something that you can touch to sell

We is the worst company ever in Egypt, their customer service is rude and not understanding, they don’t even understand how customer service works, they are out for your money and don’t care about providing you the service that you’re paying for, they’re thieves!!

Absolutely useless, unstable internet. Customer service is helpless, requesting I factory reset my own router instead of addressing the network problems. Overpriced. Forced landline subscription. Exorbitant constant price increases with zero added value. Limited packages in 2025

The service is awful, slow internet, limited internet and expensive also, not reliable at all!

i know why its limited and it ends fast
so look every company has a farm they go there and plant some bytes in the dirt they care and water it until it become kilobyte small one after month its now full grown a GIGABYTE, they take it put it in boxes and in big trucks to deliver them safe to us when u quote ends early that means some gigabytes have decided to escape.

The dirtiest company you can deal with on the internet. They are thieves and the internet is rotten and doesn't work.

I have been trying to get my landline and internet connection from more than 2 months . Up to this date this failure company didn't manage to do it. There employees wasted my time my energy my money.got me back and forth so many times. lies and gaslighting is basic day to day for them. I'm exhausted lost projects because of this and still without service.
