The watch you received is a genuine model. We only sell items that are identical to the authentic product, and this is the case here.
As we have stated in each of our previous emails, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the watch to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping. However, you have informed us that the watch was discarded and that you are requesting a full refund without returning it. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund under these circumstances, as returning the item is a necessary part of our refund policy.
We have not heard from you for several days now and would appreciate your response so we can find a fair solution together.
