Falsely advertise a free test. It requires payment for results with no basic results offered. I actually think I broke it since there were no results after completing the questions.

I would give no star if it’s possible. This company is scam and you won’t reach anybody. If you have the possibility, take them in front of a judge.

You have to pay after you answered all the questions....

I thought I was paying £1.95 for a test but then find that they took £29.95 as well as the £1.95 off me and it is a monthly subscription. No information about the sudscription after you pay £1.95. They should not be allowed to do this to people and should be brought to task by the authorities this is definitely theft as I did not agree to this money being taken. If happens to you talk to your bank they can dispute it and get your money back.

I am a disabled pensioner with not the money to be taken advantage of. I have tried to get in touch to talk to someone to get my money back but it is impossible. I want my money back and I will not let this matter go so please leave me information on how to do this please. They should not be allowed to do this to people and should be brought to task by the authorities this is definitely theft as I did not agree to this money being taken .

It's a con! Stay away! If I could give a zero or a minus I certainly would.
They advertise at $1.99, once they have your card details they then state that it will cost you $27.99 to see your results and by then you have already subscribed the $27.99 monthly subscription.
You DO NOT get to see your results.
This is bordering on theft of decent hard working people and how these scumbags sleep at night is beyond me.
Where are the regulators?

Ive been trying to cancel the subscription and delete my account for over a month. They keep charging me and there is no customer service contact info. Feeling foolish for clicking the link to begin with...

This ist SCAM! It’s not free, it will cost 27,88$ every month and they try to debit this amount every month even though you canceled everything two months ago.

This company is a scam. It says one time purchase, but will automatically start recurring payments. Such a scam. Why would this company still exist!

Be cautious with this company. They’re misleading users and engaging in fraudulent practices. Once they get access to your credit card information, they’ll continue charging you monthly without your consent — and to make matters worse, there’s no way to remove your payment details online, which is a clear violation of e-commerce laws. Their support won’t respond, leaving you trapped. Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges and report them as a fraudulent organization. Also note: they may bill you under different company names, making it easy to miss or confuse the charges in your statements. Stay alert and protect your money.

I am so tired of these fraudulent companies bait and switching people. The reason why I clicked "free test" is because I expected a FREE TEST. They do this so that one feels like "well I already did it so I might as well pay the money". Do not give these manipulators your hard earn money if you expected a FREE test. That is a VERY manipulative tactic. I just wasted my time completing a long survey. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this site if you're looking for a free test. Scummy business practices all around.

I was very disappointed – they charged my card without any prior warning or clear communication. This feels sneaky and unfair. Be careful before signing up, because you might get billed automatically.

It said FREE personality test. I wasted around 10 minutes of my time on this then it tries to charge you for your results.

Let me put you up on some “wisdom/knowledge/game” WHATEVER you want to call it nowadays. NO ONE LIKES A LIAR! I don’t care if you are trying to get people to take your”FREE QUIZ” and after wasting MY TIME for my ANSWERS you will give me 7 DAYS that will cost me “$1.95” or about .27 cents a day! and you really think you have swept me off my feet with that? I did learn something from your personality quiz. I can tell you two things actually, 1 is about my personality from taking your quiz for free that because you didn’t disclose that $1.95 upfront for seven days. I definitely won’t be paying that or learning then passing your knowledge onto other, just because you couldn’t be upfront! so ladies and gentlemen, just a little advice in the business and dating world. There are some men and women that are OK with not wanting a relationship or dating people that are in relationships (to each their own) but don’t lie and then wonder why people go crazy. And second, if you paid for that marketing idea, please fire them! lol! Everyone reading this you are very welcome for the great knowledge U so freely were provided! Yes the test is free, but the results cost you money, an UTTER waste of time

Gives false idea of free test. They ask you to answer 50 questions before mentioning you need to pay to see the results.

Actually it is half true that the test is free. The questions are free but result isn't! This website is bad and cheating you by telling "free test" then after you spend half an hour answering questions, you find out you have to pay to get your result and I guess typically after spend long time on answering questions, most people will not mind paying $2 to get their result!
So bad

They are FRAUD. And the only solution MASTERCARD gave me was to change my card.
