Great service and a superb device with tons of power and very professionally made.

I ordered the Helio Pro 2 panel and have been very impressed. It is powerful, very easy to use, and makes it simple to get both red and infrared light here in the north.

I have never really struggled with energy or sleep, as I am quite obsessed with optimising every aspect of my health, but it has definitely improved my circadian rhythm and my energy levels throughout the day by helping me consistently get my red and infrared light.

The side display is super intuitive, which makes it a no-brainer to include in my morning routine. I sit in front of it for 10 minutes every morning, and it has been incredibly easy to stay consistent.

I am also looking forward to trying the contact therapy.

Customer service has also been absolutely excellent. I have been in contact with Mathias, and he answers questions thoroughly, stays proactive with delivery updates, shares the latest science and updated manuals, and really makes sure you feel informed every step of the way.

In an industry full of panels with questionable specs and cheap wavelengths used to increase profit margins, Helio really stands out by doing things properly at a very fair price.

For anyone looking for one of the best red light devices out there, this is definitely it.

I found my-helio while searching for red light therapy on reddit. In my research i mostly found options from the US and some very expensive ones in Europe.
I'm glad i searched a bit longer to find a product with such a fair price, very high quality and a lot of thought behind it. With fair shipping cost AND in Europe!

No extra pretty marketing with fancy scientific language, trying to push the product onto people.
The website displays honest scientific facts.
This company is not greedy for profit, they truly want to make healing through light as accessible as possible. I really appreciated the support and am so excited about the possibility!

Another very impressive thing to me is the Instruction manual (sent per email to not waste unnecessary amounts of paper)

They Instructions are written in a way where you truly see, that the priority of this company is helping others.
Reading them was the last step to finally buying a panel, after researching, comparing function and cost for at least a year! Finally i have found the right one for me.

I feel i really can learn how to use the panel for my specific personal healing with the Instructions. It's not just a bare minimum explantation on how the mechanics work and leaving you to research everything else online.

Incredible personal service. Made sure everything went smoothly and kept contact throughout. This is the second Helio unit we have purchased….one from Amazon Germany and this one directly from Helio.com. I would highly recommend purchasing directly if possible. The delivery was much faster than Amazon Germany even when ordered over Christmas and everything else was delayed.

I wanted to get into rlt for a long time but all the other "big" brands are overpriced with really poor quality. Then I found Helio and immediately liked the ways they present the product and how they look at it for it's true purpose and it's not just another "get rich marketing" brand. I was chatting with the owner over instagram and he helped me to understand my questions and doubts about which product is right for me. Trust me, you can't get better customer service than this. He really cares about helping people to discover the true benefits behind rlt and thanks to him, me and my girlfriend are doing session a day in the morning and it gives us such a good energy for the day. It also gives you this feel of being productive straight from waking up so we can have more efficient mornings with no sleepiness or tiredness. It also really helps my girlfriend's skin problems on her back and face. I even got the chance to see the owner when he personally delivered my Helio 3 and just a really nice guy and what's better then have the real life contact with the owner of the brand.

Very happy with my HELIO panel, use it most days. Feel like it works well.

Good delivery and excellent user guide digitally available. I'm kind of suprised of how quick i could feel the effects. Especially when using it on my knees. The Panel is a perfect way to start the morning and easily combined with a short meditation session. Will be back to get a bigger panel soon
