My husband ordered a bicycle from better-of.myshopify.com on june 25th, 2020. They did not charge tax or shipping which immediately sparked legitimacy questions. Then over the next few days i have emailed 4 times and havent heard anything back. Theres no phone number to get ahold of anyone. Im beyond pissed. I am out $95.00 that i cant afford to lose for nothing. I will get my lawyer to handle this for me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I give them zero stars because I ordered dumbbell set and never got it and never got a refund.

Scan artist site ordered glass fire pit after contacting where my order was they repl logistics was lost finally shows up in tracking and showed delivererd to doorstep in salt lake city Utah i live in north Carolina now every response is contact post office because it was delivered

Dont buy from them! I ordered a dumbbell set on April 3rd and still haven't received it and their not responding to my emails!!!! Ugh

They deserve no stars...hopeless service...I ordered an eyebrow epilator for 799.00,on the 23rd of June 2020. I did receive the product...but it wasn't what I had ordered...some totally broken facial hair remover with no battery or charger. And ofcourse when I tried to call up the customer service there was no response..neither did a reply come for the mail. Totally hopeless..
Good money go e down the drain.

I ordered the Vintage Oak Table & Stools May 12, 2020, for Mother's Day gift. It was inadvertently shipped to another state, Connecticut and I live in Tennessee. The tracking number keeps showing delivered to an address and received, and the Post Office says, the address was not the mine. I have contacted the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Postal Service and filed a complaint. The shipper is responding, but totally ignoring their error and trying to assure me that their company is legit. I will never order anything else from them, and filing an additional complaint with Facebook, as they should verify that advertisements are authentic.

0 stars. I wish i would have read reviews. I have been waiting for my daughters $100 playhouse that i bought.... searched and searched for the website..and it’s gone. Complete scam. So awful! I’ll be calling my bank to dispute the charges.

I have ordered webcam logi-tech. Paid Rs.799.00 on 8th June 2020. Got SMS stating that my order no is #1018. Till now no response on mail and no despatch details. Feeling that my money was gone.... this is one of the bogus site to cheat people money.

The items never arrived. I was provided a fake tracking number in Chinese language which every couple of weeks would show some slight activity making it such that PayPal could not finalize my claim dispute.
Ultimately it was easy to make the case that it involved fraud (their website is down, they only write back in Chinese, etc.) and PayPal ultimately reimbursed me.
I believe this site which bills under the name 莆田市城厢区优诺服饰商行 is backed by fraudulent people. I wasn't impressed with PayPal either, this took way too long to resolve.

Do not order from anyone on this site, or pay thru pay pal express your order can't be tracked, if your bank don't help your just out your money

I ordered a golf game from a Facebook ad. I waited one month and received in the mail today, one golf ball apparently made of high density foam? The advertisement showed two green chipping mats to hit your ball in. I did not receive those. When I went to the email a few weeks ago sent by the company, to view my order, it said Oops something went wrong. I became suspicious and tried to email the sender and again received a reply “oops something went wrong”. I paid in total almost $30 for one cheap golfball! My Visa card was charged $29.49 by Dongguanshu. The company name on the email was Euplunge.shopify.com. I can no longer find the ad on Facebook.

I bought from Leeop on myshopify. The puzzles are cheap. NOT worth the money paid. They mailed it in a plastic bag and I only received two of the puzzles (instead of the 4 I ordered). Their website says the package has to be in the same shape they mailed it but it was completely smashed. The pieces are cheaply made. I would not recommend buying from this company.?

WARNING - DO NOT ORDER, it took Three months to the item and it wasn’t the smart foldable walking treadmill, I received a workout band. They said they quality check before items leave, and they will not refund.
