Good deals and fast shipping. Additional fees are listed and should definitely be taken into account when bidding. For shipments from abroad, there may be high customs duties in some cases.

Speedy delivery
Excellent service. Easy to use, regular updates. Lucky enough to win 2 auctions. Time from auction closing and items being delivered was less than 2 days, faster than even first informed. Brilliant idea and great that some of the money is given back to the club for development.

Wrong item - right solution
They sent me the wrong item.
They did not send proof of authentication and it had no NFC chip even though they used that as a selling point in the auction.
They changed the numbering of the limited artwork after the auction ended.
When they realised the mistake they changed the digital authentication.
I got artwork 1/3 but the authentication i got per email said 2/3 (when i told them that it was wrong they just manipulated the images on the authentication page).
After talking to support they agreed to remove their fees + shipping. They only kept the money that was going to charity.
I originaly posted that I would not trust MWS. After they agreed to the refund i have now changed my opinion and believe they try to do whats right when a mistake is done.

Not the best
When I bought my jersey, it was a pretty solid experience.
Now, I'm trying to buy another jersey. The auction keeps getting delayed close to when it ends. So far, 14 days have been added.

Really easy to bid and order; love the addition of time until bids run out as an anti-sniping measure. Customer service was very quick to make sure I was aware of a slight delay and was very responsive in general. Shirt was shipped in a sturdy box and arrived safely and quickly. Thank you so much!

Hi there,
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your concerns.
On our platform, there are different verification levels. With a registered and verified email address, address, and phone number, users can already place bids under €200, and we do not require a saved payment method. All bids are binding and final, as agreed to when placing the bid.
That being said, we appreciate your cooperation in completing the payment for your order. If anything is unclear or you need assistance, please let us know before placing the bid, and we will be happy to help. If you feel this explanation resolves the issue, we would kindly ask you to consider updating or removing your review, as there was no error on our side.
Thank you for your understanding.
Warm regards,
MWS Team
