The computer was available to pick up…

The computer was available to pick up very soon. Only one to two days were needed before pickup. The computer was fully protected with materials/foam filled inside. There is no issue until this moment. Excellent!

the parcel was not sent by MWave but by…

the parcel was not sent by MWave but by the supplier.
The supplier's order did not have it delivered to the local post office. It went back to a distribution centre then days later after hassling Startrack I met the courier on my driveway.

So the goods arrived late and caused me problems.

Gone to another supplier and got a much cheaper price.

Accurate availabilty and excellent service

The product was available as listed (Even on launch evening) so inventory was accurate when trying to purchase item that was in great demand.

Stock was available for pickup same day and was ready as promised.

Order delayed, Can't get hold of anyone.

I have ordered things from Mwave several times. It's normally a drama but generally manageable, but this one is very bad. Order was placed 3 weeks ago. 5 out of 6 items are available, one is not, so the order is on hold. I have tried to contact them to modify the order to remove that one product so it can be released, I can't get hold of anyone. I've been trying since Monday, today is Thursday. I have used the ticket system, I have tried the chat system, I have rung them. I was on hold for 20 minutes and was then informed that there were no operators and to leave a message. I left a message, no response. I honestly don't expect one. I have ordered a replacement from a different supplier, that's how little faith that I will ever receive my order. Just pick up the phone or call me back so that this can be resolved, that's all I ask. How hard is it? You want to work in a service industry, it's best to provide service. This is the last time I will ever use them.

Delivery of fragile equipment grossly inadequate.

Ordering and payment processes for my new hard disk drive were most satisfactory. However delivery of my parcel by Australia Post proved to be flawed. I was advised by Australia Post when the parcel was due to be delivered and in particular, in the event that I was not at home, that the parcel would be delivered to the nearest post office. I was not home when the parcel was delivered. My security camera documents the courier at my gate. On my return home, I discovered the parcel containing the hard disk drive lying on my front verandah. I assumed that the parcel had been thrown over the gate onto the verandah. Failure to mark parcel as ‘Fragile’ and the mode of delivery are problematical.
