Incomprehensible regulator
Good afternoon. I applied to this regulator for protection of rights on July 30, 2025 (today, August 13). I'm from Russia myself. Wrote 4 letters outlining the essence of the claim to one of the MISA brokers. I didn't get a single answer. I tried to get in touch 20 times or more in online chat. I managed to do it twice out of > 20. They replied that my claim with documents was sent to the relevant department. But there have been no responses from the regulator for 2 weeks now. It is unclear whether my claim is being considered, whether they are dealing with the broker? I give 1 star for the lack of feedback.
P.S. Today is March 18, 2026. There's been no response from the "registrar." Draw your own conclusions about whether they'll protect you...
P.P.S. Nine (!!!) months have passed, and I haven't received any response from this so-called "regulatory." All their licenses are just pieces of paper you can wipe your ass with.
