Absolute scam, ordered a fridge freezer for 16th dec, site now unresponsive and details for delivery is fake. Most scams seem to be addressed to Wales at the moment. Email them to change address then it bounced back fake fake. Going to get money back from bank and then they can deal with them.

Total scam. Order from amazon, argos or even ebay. They take your money and give you no product.

Total scam company do not buy or look just avoid I have lost lot of money .
Both items never came fake emails bounce back

Placed my order, paid my money but still never received the item!! Only read the reviews when the order didn’t turn up. I’m leaving the matter with my bank now.

Total scam.Looks genuine as received confirmation and delivery date,even shipping address.
Paid for Shark cordless cleaner but will obviously never arrive
Email address now dead as is payment page.

I purchased a fridge freezer on 28/11/23. Website has since shut down, all emails get returned to sender as undelivered and still no delivery.
They have now set up a new site called lucky appliances.com also a scam site.
Have reported to my bank and police

Ordered a Fridge/Freezer from them on 27th November 2023 at that time there was no feed back like is on here now and checked with other company checking sites and seemed OK but like the rest of the reviews ,I know I have been Scammed as delivery tracker said out for delivery yesterday 12th December 12pm Nothing so waiting in all afternoon just to be on the safe side stayed in all day on 13th December and again Nothing Reported matter to bank at 4 pm 13th December and will get a refund but like some people on here been left with out a fridge /freezer .Website has now been removed and they won't answer E-mails and even the so called delivery company Rob Deliveries LTD won't answer my e-mail as I e-mailed them to them to e-mail the day before delivery as some one needed to be at home to take the delivery in . Checked out what it said on the tracker and came up with another address in Coventry .IF EVER THIS WEBSITE EVER GETS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AND PEOPLE REMEMBER IF LOOKS CHEAP THEN IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
