No delivery, Customer Service don‘t Reakt.!

So i ordered from them on the 21st of Feb and today is the 5th of march and still nothing delivered. sent them 3 emails and no response at all. i will be making a video review unless this changes.

"Until now, I have not received the shipment and my money has not been refunded. I contacted the shipping company and they informed me that the shipment is lost and that I must contact the merchant. However, the merchant is not responding. I have no option left except to file a complaint with ARN – Allmänna reklamationsnämnden against the merchant MV Supplements."

The shipment with tracking number LA101437047SE is on its way to you and has not been received. It was not collected due to a two-week delay in the shipping process. Please refund my full payment when it arrives back to you.

The shipment with tracking number LA100904936SE has not been sent to the courier company for over a month now.
Accordingly, I request a complete refund of my payment. Upon receiving the refund, I will remove this review. Thank you.

ru 58841 poor quality, the question is whether it is that product at all, it has no effect...

They deliver reliably until complications arise. My shipment was returned due to an incorrect address. Subsequently, they didn't respond to any emails requesting redelivery or a refund. So I was cheated out of approximately €200, which is pretty stupid considering I used to order from them very regularly. It seems they'd rather commit a one-off scam for a few bucks than maintain a long-term business relationship. Unprofessional

I’m leaving this negative review because I’ve tried to contact you several times about the customs fee I was charged, and I haven’t received a single reply.

On your website you clearly state “customers will not be charged any additional customs fees” (or whatever the exact wording on their site is), yet I still had to pay £40 just to get my order released.

I’ve given you multiple chances to sort this out, but the lack of communication has been really disappointing.

Fraudulent Company – Order Never Received

I placed an order and was charged 3895 SEK (≈ €363), but I have never received my delivery. The company does not respond to emails or the contact form on their website. My order number is #3709, in case they claim otherwise.

The only reply I ever got was an email asking me to pay a small additional fee to receive my order. I agreed to pay, but after that, I never received any further response.

This company appears to be a scam. I will be taking legal action and strongly advise others to stay away from this seller.

They do NOT answer on your mail and they ship your order a week after you ordered.

This is nothing but a scam. AVOID AT ALL COST!

An excellent company with excellent product have been using this site 3 years and never had any trouble.may take a little while to respond to emails but eventually they do get back to you.

They are responding to e-mails anymore. Avoid at all costs

Used to be good with fast delivery and good communication but over the last 2-3 months my orders where getting sent out later and later and and the same thing with communication. My last order made 25 september has not been sent out but he still sent an e-mail saying my order is on the way but looking at my post nord app i can see that is not true. He has also stopped responding to my e-mails, stay away from this website as it has become a scam.

Edit: My order got sent out 2 weeks later way too long considering the next day delivery shipping. I also got less then half the amount of what i ordered massive scam this company dont buy from them. They still dont answer my emails.

They deliver the products but if your package are lost and you send MV an email, They don’t awnser it.

I've been scammed. My order was rejected by customs. I've tried to contact you, sent two emails, and received no response, nor have I received another package, as stated on the website.
DEFRAUDED!

I have not recived my RU, I ordered it 1 and a half weeks ago, delivery within EU says it should be 2-3 business days, no problem, but PostNord says my order has been delivered, but i have never got it. Also I have sent multiple mails and didnt get a singel answer. Will update and delete this review if they help out.

I found the order, but i havent got a single answer from the mails i have sent.

First time ordering I Got my ru but second time the delivery returned it an now I reached out multible time but they dont answer og refound

Never recived my order and never recived an answer to the 10 emails i sent over 2 weeks either. I hope you will check your mail and try to make up for yourself, but for now im reccomending people to steer clear. Will update if there is any change in the situation

Never recived package, these people refuse to reply on email too. Have attempted to contact them probably 10 times and no response. Steer clear.

Excellent five star service

I ordered 15g of RU58841 from MV Supplements but received only 10g, which I carefully verified using both a precision scale and a technical lab scale.

I immediately contacted customer support via the website chat and was assured three separate times that the missing quantity would be shipped to me.

No shipment ever arrived. After weeks of waiting, I contacted a representative via email (Markus), who contradicted the support team by denying all responsibility and claiming that “every bag is manually weighed,” refusing to acknowledge my report or offer any resolution.

At that point, I was left with an incomplete product, contradictory communication, and a complete waste of time.

What’s worse, all this back-and-forth dragged on until PayPal’s 30-day dispute window expired, making it impossible for me to open a claim.
In hindsight, this feels less like poor customer service and more like a deliberate stalling tactic to avoid accountability.

I never received what I paid for, and the company’s behavior has been evasive, dismissive, and ultimately untrustworthy.

I cannot recommend MV Supplements to anyone who values transparency, reliability, and proper customer support.
