No good tracking information - Everything went fine Instrument came in good conditions, but there was no information about the real situation in the tracking proceeding. Until the end there was only the Information that the article was given to the sending department.

At shipping the balalaika UPC had…
At shipping the balalaika UPC had problems to deliver on the right place, because the programm on the website changed for itself the name of the street. I needed to write more times to Musikkon and to UPC to change the name of the street. So the delivering took two weeks longer than expected. Finally my son got the balalaika and other things to play music.

Prompt delivery, thoughtfully packaged, beautiful instrument
The delivery arrived well ahead of the estimated arrival time. The packaging was well done, with plenty of tape indicating that it was a fragile package. The guitar is well made and looks just like the pictures on the website. I especially appreciate that it was already strung with the strings set for Italian reentrant tuning. All I had to do was tune each string and I was able to play right away. It also came with extra strings for alternate tuning. It's a beautiful instrument with an enchanting timbre. I play it every day now.

Great Lute and Great customer service!
My 7 course Renaissance Lute came in in GREAT condition! the bag that came with it is awesome! It was well wrapped and secure coming from Dublin To Dallas TX was a little worrisome but it came with no problems. Only down side is they forgot to give me an extra set of strings with the order initially as stated on their website and I being a newbie at the lute broke the high string, but after emailing them they sent 2 sets at no cost! Really Great customer service and I have an authentic lute from Dublin of all places!
