Ordered RODE microphone, delivery failed, no one sends you any information or anything. After more than one month, I finally got a refund and ordered again. The same story repeats, they don't tell you anything and you don't recieve the item. Didn't get the item I wanted in more than 2-3 months, so I decided to buy from another place and got it instantly. Avoid this shop. Btw, support is horrible as well.

We had several orders with Muziker.hr for vinyls. Everything was ok until the last one. We bought quite an expensive vinyl, which came unpacked - no plastic cover and fingerprints on the record! It was very obviously not a new vinyl.

When I contacted muziker.hr, it took 2 days for them to respond to my e-mail. When they finally did, they said I had to send them a video of the fingerprints! Of course, by that time we had already cleaned the vinyl!

In the second e-mail they again insisted I send them a video proof, even though I already told them we don't have it, since we were not recording the unboxing - because why would we?!

It seems you have to video unboxings of every Muziker order because you never know what you will find inside of the package and they are asking you for video proof. How do I prove that plastic package was NOT on the vinyl?! If we took a photo or video after opening the package, would they then say that we took the cover off, not them?

Anyway, we are finished with ordering from them, we don't want to be taken for fools. First they send us a used vinyl (bought as new and quite expensive) and then they put the onus on us to prove it, even when they know it's impossible.

I was not even expecting a refund, just an apology for sending us a used vinyl, but I didn't get that. Shame on you, Muziker.hr! Never again!

Horrible experience, website incomplete, support agents lying, obscure delivery service, non-interactive delivery service, missed delivery estimates, etc.
