I made my first purchase with Muziker, arrived with damaged goods (LPs covers)
I made my first purchase with Muziker. I have payed for extra protection for the package (ordered several LPs).
when Im received the package I noticed the package was little bit damaged. when I opened the box all of the LP had damaged covers which is not ok. If you buy a CD you can always change the box, with LPs not so.
I'm really disappointed how they charge you for extra protection and you still get damaged gods.
Too bad.
Update: after I asked for replacement of the damaged LP, they only offered me some money back. I'm still waiting for their reply.
Really disappointing.

Okay
Product arrived in proper condition, but updates regarding delays were not particularly transparent. Despite checkup by a technician, I also could not tune a guitar string via the normal mechanism until I tightened the lock.

Unclear specifications of Obligato string set
I bought a set of Obligato strings, but the specifications of each string were not clearly presented, So I ended up with a lower quality E string than I had expected, i.e. it appeared to be a steel based string instead of the 'gold' one that I previously bought and had preferred.
