Great price for Perscription lense and frame! So upset I paid Triple the price at my local glasses store for one pair of Perscription glasses.

Im glad I found you guys. Was about to pay $850 for a pair at America's Best.

I took your buy one get one free offer, and got 2 pairs for $80. They're fantastic. First time ever getting prescription glasses online. Will come back and order more to stock up.

All three of the glasses that I ordered already broke in less than 3 months. It was problems in the arm area where the metal part that holds the arm on to the frame just broke off the other one same sort of issue. Don't shop from here

You had written me back and told me to contact you guys in which I did when I wrote this review. I had already tried contacting your service department and nobody will get back to me.

The glasses are cute! Good quality. However, the transitionals are not that dark, and the sunglasses aren't that dark... but they are very nice otherwise. Can't beat the price! 3 pairs high index for $119. Just with darker transitions. My kid loves them!

The quality and pricing of the glasses. I liked that I wasn’t too sure of measurements and I just sent the eye prescription and it was done by the technicians. The quickness I received the glasses. I am so far a very satisfied customer.

Great frames, great price

The price was right, and I liked the variety of cats eye frames. Not the quickest delivery...nor the slowest. BUT the big issue is that they screwed up the progressive transition in the lenses. They are UNWEARABLE. A bargain is no bargain if you can't use the product.

My glasses arrived very fast and are beautiful. I am very pleased with the quality and definitely the low price. I will definitely order again and recommend MuukalOptical to my friends! Thank you for my great glasses.

The website was easy to use and the selection was plentiful. I found glasses and sunglasses that I love and I will use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I love the glasses in the cost. This is my second order and this time I ordered progressive. I may have to send them back because I should be able to read my computer and I paid for the extra space on my glasses but it isn’t. It isn’t clear in fact it seems a small smaller space if I move my head just right. So I may return all three pairs of progressive to be redone which I’m very unhappy about because I love the first set of glasses I ordered.

I loved all the different choices. It was hard to decide. My glasses are great and fit very well. I also loved the price of the glasses. I received them in a timely manner. Very happy with my glasses.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Terrible experience. Uncooperative customer service. I bought 3 pairs of prescription glasses. The prescription is incorrect. I cannot see out of them. They are refusing to refund my money. Just keep making excuses. And now they won’t even respond to my emails or texts.
It says they are in Plano but they are really in China. I would have never purchased there had I known.

Edited: I haven’t received any remade glasses. As I’ve been trying to tell customer service, I waited a week before trying the glasses that I do have. I wore each pair for 2 days each and they are blurred. I cannot see out of them. I am a very honest person. I just want things made right.
It is very inappropriate for a customer service representative of a company to make such rude replies to a paying customer.
IS THIS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO BUY FROM???

Prescription not quite right, no followup, waste of $$$
