She was very patient with me from the beginning, walking me through uncharted territory and promptly answering all my questions. I was concerned that I would be given the ‘hard, quick, need to get it done now” sell, but that wasn’t the case. It took months for me to do my due diligence because this was my mother’s money and I needed to make sure the decision we would make would be proper. Bianca Rodriguez made the reverse mortgage process so easy for me. I am an 80 year old retired female living by herself in a home that I am still paying a mortgage on. I have owned the home since 1992. I am living on Social Security and two pensions.
Everything is going up except my income. I had lots of equity in my home which it made sense for me at this time of my life to do the reverse mortgage.

Terri Duncan was very knowledgeable and helpful with me during my reverse mortgage process. She was always available to answer any questions I had. My solar power company was very difficult to deal with while trying to get the lien releases. She helped with that a great deal.
