Perfecte levering en communicatie

Really bad experience. First, delivery was delayed. After, it turned out we received item with damaged details. We paid a handyman and he spent hours trying to assemble a piece and wasn’t able to finish. Very, very disappointing.

PS I also hope we can agree on some solution. Not one part is damaged, but three, so three out of four drawers can’t be assembled. And seems that you reply here faster than via emails…

I really like the poef I bought, delivery time about 2 weeks

One day shipping. Incredible customer service too. I bought a lamp that is 40% cheaper than similar ones sold on other websites. So happy

1. sent me a wrong item - ordered a laundry basket, received a water carafe
2. i informed of it December 16
3. they promised to re-send the correct item on December 23rd ( 6 days later...).
4. it's January 30th and no laundry basket received.
4. they did not correct the payment information and Afterpay keeps sending me reminders and fines for not having paid for the basket I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!
Communication with customer service is non-informative and takes weeeeeeeeks
I requested to cancel the order ASAP and notify Afterpay ensuring there is no debt. Hopefully I can peacefully delete my account and forget they ever existed.
Meanwhile I'll start checking consumers protection rights and institutions to notify of Musthaves practice.

I've ordered salontafel table from them. They tried to send it twice, both tables were with cracks all over surface, broken wood, glue on surface and gaps between planks (planks did not fit each other, but were put together in a very unprofessional way). I think that 1) very cheap wood was used that just give cracks during cut, 2) poor tools were used, not sharp enough, 3) tables were done by amateurs, not professionals. Both were just so poor quality tables, I would not keep any of them for free, but I've paid 209 euro for it!
Moreover, table that they show on their website has 4 colors: white, natural wood, gray and black (planks of table should be colored with these 4 colors) organized in a particular way, creating particular picture. Both tables that I've received had just natural wood and black colors organized in a chaotic way, so without being put together into mentioned design, so it was completely different from how is shown on site's picture. I had an impression that this manufacture just took picture of product made by other company and tries (with no success) to do something similar.

Musthaves said that they just re-sell stuff, so this is manufacture's fault. But I think that even if you re-sell, you need to check what you send to client and do not spend client's time for nothing. I lose so much time on a whole story, and should start my search all over again. I will never ever buy anything from this shop again, such waste of time.

We bought 4 chairs; upon arrival they looked like showroom models, used and dirty. We said we would keep 2 but asked for 2 new ones. We would be called for a swap (picking up 2 old ones and delivering 2 new ones). 4 (!) new ones were delivered but without previous warning and the courier did not want to collect the old ones. Company refuses to correct their mistake and demands we bring the boxes to the post office. Helpdesk employee rude and unwilling on the phone and not taking responsibility ("I have nothing to do with this, I cannot help it."). No swift reply, nor actions. What a pity.
