Overpriced delivery

I ordered a controller keyboard, stand and foot pedal.
The keyboard wasn't in stock after 6 weeks so I requested a refund.
They wouldn't refund for the stand and pedal so I accepted those, expecting the delivery charge to be reduced form $50 to $25. They charged the full price.
Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this company. Never again.

Xmas is coming

I ordered an instock item on the 19th of may. Its now 4 days later and still no shipping confirmation
Emails are going unanswered and rand 3 times at 5pm no answer when store closes at 5.30. Worst customer service I have encountered then daylight

Purchased Bryden Mandolin kit online

Purchased Bryden Mandolin kit online. Extremely happy with the product which met all my expectations.
Communication was excellent.
Major plus for me was use of Australia Post as the courier rather than the not fit for purpose Aramex and Couriers Please both of whom have caused nothing but grief with there totally abysmal service

They sent me the wrong guitar

They sent me the wrong guitar. It was a pain to take it to the courier depot to send it back before they’d send me the right one.

How hard is it to check in a box to see if it’s the right one before you sell it. A professional retailer would do that.

Will sell you items not in stock at a discount price and try to charge you full price later

Unfortunately I just had a very bad experience with this company.
I bought an Electric Piano from them during the 2021 black Friday sale online with an amazing discount.
There were 4 units in stock according to their website at the time of the purchase.
I paid immediately via PayPal during normal trading hours on a Thursday and received the confirmation of payment and order on my email.
The following day they call me to advise they have oversold the product at their shops.
This means the online stock does not reflect the real stock and they are happy to charge you in advance for items they don’t have in stock ultimately wasting your time and making them not trustworthy from my point of view.
It gets worse….. When I am contacted by them was offered what they call an’ equivalent product’ which (once you read the user’s manual) is not even remotely close the item I purchased lacking of very fundamental features (for example a DIN MINI output which is essential for my setup).
Checking online the normal retail price of the ‘replacement product’ was ridiculously cheap in comparison with the retail price of item I had bought. Non in parallel universe these products where in any way ‘equivalent’. I found this misleading and dishonest.
When I said that was not what I wanted, they offered me to supply the original item I purchased but they say they would need to increase the price! What? I have already paid for the item, hence they need to respect the price we agreed and supply the item. I don’t care if it is more expensive for them to obtain the item from the distributor, that’s their problem, the price is fixed on the already paid order. Again, a very dishonest business practise on my view.
Basically my options were to be forced to accept a totally different non-equivalent product or pay more money for something I have already paid.
I even explain them that a couple of months ago I had bought an approx. $2,000 dollars guitar from them and they should look into the client service side of the situation…but no…they hanged up on me and cancel the order. I was at the tram when I was talking to them and the 2 people next to me overheard the rude tone on the other side of the phone and told me “they were never really willing to help you” even when it was their mistake.
It is very easy to sell an item them don’t have and then call you to overcharge you something you have already paid.
Please be careful with this company, poor client service and not honest people on my view.
