We were Awarded the UK’s Best Muslim Charity of the Year in 2018. and also was a Finalist in 2019 at the National British Muslim Awards. Recognised for our outstanding work in villages across Africa, Asia & the Middle East. Working over 20 years to alleviate the impacts of poverty & sickness. Providing humanitarian relief to those affected by natural disasters, war, and conflict. At MGR, we kick-start development in remote villages around the world, empowering rural communities by providing the basic necessities of life from Water, Sanitation, Education, Livelihood and Socio-Economic Development thus lifting them out of poverty. Charity encompasses various forms such as Zakat, Sadqah, and Lillah. MGR approaches this with great attention to detail to ensure that your generous contributions are allocated correctly, as there are precise criteria for each type of charitable act.

Trustworthy because they showed my charity being put to use

Initially had to go off of the claim that they were the best UK Muslim charity and the video of them at the awards ceremony to trust them and had been donating for years. I could never fully trust that my money was actually being used for charity (which is especially important when paying Zakat which HAS to count), however, until I got a message from them showing me a video of the water well I had paid for with my name on it so I know my money is actually being put to use for charity. Now I know for a fact that I can trust them to use my money for charity.

It's a Muslim NGO working globally on…

It's a Muslim NGO working globally on various need based and emergency relief projects. Muslims can donate sadaqah and zakat here so that many can benefit.
they are also working for empowering children and reducing hunger rate in many countries.

Card details unsafe???

It's a bit weird that I am unable to remove my card details from their system once my donation period is completed.
Possibly a massive red flag.

We at MGR use Stripe to take on credit/debit card donations - Stripe is certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level of certification for payment processors. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), a set of security standards established by major card brands like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
once your subscription ends all details are removed from stripe and any new donations, we would require new card information - hope this helps and gives you confidence in our procedures
