I received my confirmation email for the water pump installation with the picture showing the names on the plaquard and registration ID for a water pump I donated towards the end of October last year. Its amazing to see the happy faces on the picture and how much joy it gives me and my family to be able to help. (Next time a small video clip of the end result would be a added bonus)!

It would also be good if there were other countries added, where water pumps could be installed.

I will like to donate another one with the Muslim Charity's help, once I am in the position to donate one.

This has been my 3rd experience using the service and I clearly am a happy customer considering that I keep returning. On the first instance you receive an email to confirm the transaction and thereafter an email with the image of the well on as of a certificate after completion. Communication is prompt with the charity and always has been. I highly recommend if you want a smooth sailing transaction which quality deliverance.

May Allah reward everyone who works here. I placed multiple orders, one with incorrect email address accidentally. They were quick to respond both on phone and email to provide me all the details. Given we’re so close to Ramadan and how busy it can be, their level of service does not drop one bit.

Amanda wheelchair in Makkah I donated paid £49 for my late mother sadaqa jariya they all good until money gone I haven’t received no update not even a reply to my emails I donated a Quran too at Makka . I’m disgusted at them may Allah deal with them Ameen SCAMMERS !!!!!!

I donated for a water pump in my father's name last ramadan. It has been 10 months, so I emailed to ask if there is any update. Suddenly two days later there is confirmation it has been completed and a certificate attached which says it is in my name and not my father's! The image also looks fake, with the plaque on the water pump which has been computer generated and confirmed by Google AI Verified. It is disgusting that thay have taken money in Allah's name and it was meant to be sadaqah jariyah for my beloved father, but these people have just stolen the money.

I will not recommend anyone to go with Alkhair. They are scammers. they are good when they take money but once you paid them money then you need patience and wait for reply. They took money from me for my parents and mine umrah but my parents did not get visa and still waiting for refund. Refund not done yet. They gave us assurance that visa will be done on time and i told them check first as it Hajj time and they said don't worry it will be done on time. till last day we waited and my parents travelled 8 hrs to reach islamabad incase if they got visa and will not have time to reach on time but next day they said visa not done and cancelled all trip. since that time waiting and chasing for my refund. keep saying today tomorrow. now i will tale them to court and will do my best what i can do to get my hard earn money. I have all proof if anyone wants i can share. I will not recommend anyone to go with them. I never gave review to anyone but here i am in pain thts wht gave 1 star if had choice would give 0 star
