I didn't buy anything, but I called from out of state and the guy spent considerable time and patience on the phone with me, recommending electric pianos, even after he released I was not going to buy anything. It felt like a real musical instrument shop. They do not ship electric pianos/keyboards, because they don't want to risk damage. Felt like a place with integrity to me.
