I started out with Ditto Music and honestly wasn’t happy there at all. Later, through a friend, I moved my music to Believe — and unfortunately, my experience there was even worse. Personally, I cannot recommend either service. In fact, I would strongly advise independent artists to look elsewhere.

After that, I switched to RecordJet. Overall, it’s not a bad platform and it offers many interesting features. I also don’t have anything negative to say about RecordJet. However, for me it still felt somewhat unfinished, and I never really had the feeling of being fully “at home” there. When you have options as an artist, you naturally keep searching for the platform that truly fits.

Through GEMA, I eventually discovered MusicHub — and that was the best move I could have made.

I’ve now been with MusicHub for around six months, and during that time they have continuously introduced new features that genuinely improved my workflow and experience. But what really stands out is their AMAZING support team. The level of support is absolutely world-class and something I’ve only experienced before with our company alugha.

Releasing music through MusicHub is an absolute pleasure. The platform feels modern, reliable, and artist-focused. And the statistics and analytics tools are better than anything I’ve seen on other publishing platforms so far.

I don’t recommend this platform 90% — I recommend it 100%!

MusicHub is an amazing platform for distributing your music. Their website is intuitive, extremely well thought-through, and beautifully designed. Their support is on point and seamless to use through the embedded chat window. I've used many digital distributors in the past, but I always found their websites overly complicated or badly programmed. MusicHub definitely has the best product out there.

The process of releasing a song via MusicHub is very simple and efficient. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill out the form and get everything (i.e. the art work, the track itself plus the lyrics) uploaded. It works like a charm! At the same time, you can register your song with GEMA using the track board. Again, child's play! If things go wrong (happens rarely), your get a great support from the MusicHub people. Typically, your problem is solved in very short time span. Excellent platform! Excellent service!

I had one of the most frustrating experiences ever with MusicHub.
Instead of providing basic support, they dragged me through an unnecessary and disproportionate “investigation” that had nothing to do with my original request. Even after I provided more than enough information and proof, they continued asking irrelevant questions, wasting time and overcomplicating everything.

Their communication felt intrusive and unhelpful, and the entire process made it impossible to trust them with any release. A simple takedown request turned into a long and completely unnecessary back-and-forth.

I would not recommend MusicHub to anyone who expects professional, efficient, or respectful support. There are many distributors who handle things faster and with far less hassle.

Very good, friendly and fast support. Perfect functionality. Low rate as Gema member. A real chance for rare repertoire and artistic music. Great! I love them!

I followed the GEMA invitation to MusicHub and since then I've been using MH for all my releases. I have used other distribution services too and I think that MH stands out for UI, clarity, design and customer service! I'm just waiting for automatic royalty splits but I know that they are working hard, on adding it :)

The Chatbot is not AI with nonsense standard answers which aren't helpful at all. No distribution is perfect but at least these guys try to serve the musicians. You get human support within a view hours - sometimes even minutes - and they are even helpfull. ;-)

The service team of music hub is outstandingly friendly and they respond very quickly. They even helped me to correct a spelling mistake on the cover picture of 8 (!) singles of my band.

We are using MusicHub since two years now and re-released one EP and one Album with MusicHub. The whole release process is very simple even for non-techs, offers explanation hints, takes only a few steps and is connected to German music rights organization GEMA. The service team is very responses quickly - sometimes within an hour - and helpful.
Clear recommendation for artists and labels!

I use Music Hub regularly for my releases, and their customer service is consistently available and incredibly supportive. They provide personalized assistance whenever needed. Regardless of whether the music industry is heading in the right direction or not, Music Hub operates professionally and as transparently as possible. Their customer service is excellent—especially from the person who handles most of my releases. I’m not sure if I can mention his name here due to data protection reasons. But much thanx and it's appreciated.

I've been using MusicHub since the end of last year, it's my first distributor, and honestly, I’ve never had any issues. Super user-friendly, and the support team is always there when you need them. They solve problems quickly and competently, even when I mess things up, like accidentally uploading the wrong file. The support team is always understanding and never hesitates to help. Super friendly, honestly, you couldn’t ask for more. I’m sticking with them and can only recommend giving it a try. Great distribution service!

MusicHub has helped me to publish my first songs worldwide on all streaming platforms. :-)

They need about one month to deliver a release to stores, I wonder how this is legal. Read the terms of this company carefully before paying the fees.
