$19.99 charge led to a $39.95 charge from "morphyourmuscle". Took googling to figure out mushplushies.co was behind it (I ordered the breathing otter.)

Coming back to edit this after reading some reddit threads where someone said their account was hacked and other cards were affected: I ordered this using my AmEx card via Google Pay. In addition to this morphyourmuscle/mush plushies.co charge, I had to order a new debit card bc someone ordered a transit pass in NYC and something from a florist in Atlanta. Both cards were linked to my Google pay. Beyond subversive fraudulent charges, there's strong circumstantial evidence that this company or it's employees are hacking customers' payment accounts.

I ordered 2 Otters the 6th of August it’s now the 18th and still haven’t gotten any updates from them also I chose the 4.95 shipping and they charged me with “9.95 express insured shipping”. They also offered another one for “$6.95” which came out to be $16.90 with another separate express insured shopping of $9.95 then they proceed to add a VIP that I never added and was conveniently hidden under terms of service for a subscription that doesn’t even give you any benefits for anything no quicker shipping no nothing just a plain subscription for nothing to support a scam company for $37.95 monthly. Do Not BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY from any instagram or facebook posts without investigating. Just find the item on a reputable website. Thanks had to cancel my card also. Figured they wouldn’t reply to cancel that dumb subscription.

This website is totally a scam. When you order something they put a product that is shown as Free at the order. When you notice that this is a subscription and ask them to cancel it, they reply that this subscription is canceled and after two days they charge you 40$. Also the product that you order says they will deliver in 14 business days and still not product after 4 weeks.

I ordered gor the otter n now they won't stop trying to take money. I got a new card and some how they got the numbers for that card. It is a scam company as they use different names when trying to take money.

I made the mistake of ordering a breathing otter from that site and I'm so glad I checked on the reviews. I don't think I'll be getting that $25 back but before they can take more money out other than what I paid for the item itself I got my card deactivated and I'm getting a new one. Thank God for trust pilot.

My daughter struggles with anxiety so I ordered her a weighted plush. It’s out for delivery still… after 2 weeks from a location an hour away from me. But I also noticed a $42 charge on my card from hurculeanhub.com. I called and they said when I ordered it, I joined their membership. Whyyyy would I join a membership with a vitamin distribution while ordering a stuffed animal?? I reviewed my order and it shows NOTHING about this. They claim that they are refunding the money, we shall see. But I will be calling my bank and never ordering from these types of sites again.

Absolutely garbage. Save your money and don’t bother writing to them as they won’t reply!

I bought a toy which my daughter was super excited about only to rush to get batteries for it in arrival and the darn thing didn’t work. I got more batteries think they were the problem and again- nothing.

I’ve email 4 times. Not as much as a response.

I was about to buy the otter when I saw that I had to "Agree with terms of service." I immediately looked for those Terms of Service and realized the scam it was. They charge almost $40 per month to be in their club, which offers some discounts on their products and sometimes free shipping. Getting out of it is difficult because you have to fill out a form by a certain time, when the moon is full...etc. There are no benefits to the club, it's just there to steal your money. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE its a Fraud website. I ordered 1 breathing Otter on July 24 and got charged $19.95 for that order then just today I got another charge for $39.95 from the same website. I am currently waiting to see if my bank can solve this 39.95 charge that I did not authorized. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I just found out you can buy the same breathing Otter from Amazon and it's a lot more reliable.

Absolute scam of a company. Aside from the poor quality product they take £30-£40 out of your account each month for absolutely nothing. After the first time I noticed it I called my bank to block the payments however they again tried to take another payment on the 30th of July receiving an alert text for this. After this they appear to have tried to take the money through another scam website RETAILS HAIR (retailshair.com), also being blocked by my bank. They have cancelled my card which I am due to receive in a few days, hoping I don't go through the same next month.

If I could give them 0 I would , they will scam you , do not buy it from them again . Worst company ever

Just thought I'd get your attention, it is fortunate that I have made it a habit to check reviews and/or research company. Doing so has saved me SO much money, time exasperation.
Do your research, then companies such as this do not profit, they don't profit, they stop what they're doing. They scam because it is profitable

They advertise weighted plushies. There is absolutely no weight in them at all. Refuse to refund it or replace the item. They are nothing but scammers.

If I could give this a zero rating I would. I ordered 2 products, which ironically did come fairly quickly albeit it fairly low quality. A month later I discovered a nearly $60 unauthorised transaction on my credit card. I sent a ticket through their website and it was followed up with an email requesting further information. Many weeks later I have heard nothing. I hate that these companies exist.

I ordered 3 mush plushies over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received them. I want my money back.
