I must express my disappointment…

I must express my disappointment regarding the quality of the vapes from Muse Vape, as they ceased to function after only 25 puffs following my recent order.

Delivery is good without any particular…

Delivery is good without any particular problems, but sometimes there are defective products mixed in, which is a problem. Sometimes liquid leaks out, and sometimes it doesn't work.

We first messaged you with a solution on the 25th, and you replied on the 26th. Although we normally don’t work on weekends, we didn’t want to keep you waiting too long — so we’ve been trying to get everything sorted as soon as possible.

As for the vape not working — unfortunately, that's something beyond our control and may be a manufacturing issue. But we want you to know that we’ve been taking your order seriously from the beginning and doing our best to resolve it for you.
