We were surprised to read this review, as our team reviewed your request, cancelled your subscription to prevent future renewals, processed the refund solution you accepted, and resent the welcome email so that you could access and use the service.

The payments you mentioned were also reviewed as part of your case. They did not represent several subscription renewals within one week, but separate purchases associated with the account.

After accepting the proposed resolution, you asked us to resend your access details so that you could continue using the platform. We sent the welcome email again and remained available to assist you with access.

For this reason, the review does not appear to reflect the final outcome of your support case or the assistance provided by our team.

They do not inform about the additional…

They do not inform about the additional charges. And just with a single click which you actualy do by mistake they charge money for that without giving any confirmation option to go further. I paid almost 3 times for extra additional which i have no idea about. I felt its a scam. When i asked for money back for those additionals i got 50 % only. They should not scam there customers like this.

I have said these things to her

I have said these things to her, but I did not follow through with a no contact I can’t believe that’s why I didn’t know so basically what I need to do is stick and hold down on the new contact and remove the photos or any physical. I remember it over and just hold it strong.
