is a full SCAM!
Do not trust this site. The ads promise one thing, but once you sign up, it is a totally different story.
They know exactly what they are doing. They are unwilling to compromise and do not seem to care about you or your well-being. Money grabbers all the way.
A refund, of course, was non-negotiable.
The communication was politically polite, yet passive-aggressive in a way that will give you chills.
A site that promotes trauma counseling but ends up causing trauma itself? Let's call it what it is: a SCAM!

I asked for a refund or a video that describes what I saw in the ad...and what they did? They cancelled my membership?
Why???
Because it is a SCAM!!

At the same time, we cannot agree with the description of MusesAcademy as a “scam.”

Information about the service, pricing, subscription terms, and available access is shown during the purchase process. The program includes guided content and materials related to relationships, confidence, personal growth, emotional patterns, and similar topics. However, we understand that not every plan will match every individual expectation.

When you contacted our support team, we tried to understand what exactly did not meet your needs and reviewed your case.

Although our records showed that the content was available in your account, our team still decided to refund your payments in order to resolve the matter fairly.

Your membership was also cancelled to make sure no future charges would occur. This was done as part of resolving your concern, not as a negative action toward you.

We respect your right to share your opinion and your personal experience. However, we believe it is important for readers to know that our team did respond, reviewed your concerns, cancelled the membership, and refunded your payments.

We are sorry that the service did not meet your expectations, but we do not believe the word “scam” reflects the full situation or the support provided.
