I received my Muscle Mat today and noticed that some stitching was already undone. Within 2 minutes of emailing a photo of the mat Cindy sent an apology email and had organised another mat to be delivered to me! Amazing customer service!

We have had a great time with our muscle mat as we've had it for a couple of years now. Erin was helpful in purchasing it and its great for doing stretchers each day and when the grandkids visit. We love just lazing around on it.

Happy with our purchase. I ordered a 1.5x2m mat. I accidentally selected the wrong style, but was able to return it for a refund and bought the one I did want. As soon as it was opened my family were drawn to it and love to lie down on it. I had seen these at other people’s houses and was so excited to get one. Very happy with my purchase.

We went for the largest shaggy rug and it feels amazing! I have sensory issues and I just couldn't stop running my hands through the rug haha

We received our mat super fast and we love it. Unfortunately had a small issue with the first mat we received (things happen with products sometimes 🤷‍♀️) which i emailed about straight away and heard back from Ana super quickly and got a replacement mat sent out within 2 days (probably would have been faster but I was the slacker at responding!). As if we weren't super happy enough with the mat itself, the 10/10 customer service means this is a company i will recommend and purchase from again!

Omg! Best experience with muscle mat. I originally brought their 2x3 for my new baby that was coming. We love it so much it’s the comfiest thing ever and my baby will only lay on the mat. We had a little fray and they without question replaced it for me! Audrey was so helpful! Go buy you a muscle mat! You won’t regret it.

WOW, WHEN THE MAT ARRIVED, WE DIDN'T KNOW HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO CHANGE OUR LIVES. THE COMFORT, SOFTNESS WAS UNBELIEVABLE. ONE CHILD THAT SUFFERS SEIZURES HAD LANDED HEAVILY ON THE MAT BUT THE SOFTNESS SAVED HER FROM ANY INJURY. THE DOG EVEN SETTLES ON IT AND SNOOZES. SO SOFT ON MY FEET AFTER A LONG DAY WALKING.
