I bought the dumbell set and stand which houses them from muscleiq-very happy with them. The stand looks really smart. The dumbbells are as described and am using them already.
One of the dumbells did not arrive on the day everything else arrived but contacted Todd and this was sorted literally overnight, with the missing dumbbell arriving the next morning. Great communications, easy purchase. Five stars from me-very happy customer!

I’ve been searching for a skierg machine for some time, so I was so happy to come across this site.
Brand new and cheaper by the next one by £200+
Contact with the team was amazing with a quick response time.
Collected and set up all within an hour.

Purchased gym cage, bar, commercial bench and weights set.
Communication was quick and order dealt with promptly. Unfortunately Fedex lost a 8' parcel but Todd got this sorted quickly and it has no relection on Muscle IQ service.
Will definitely use them again when I need gym equipment.

Ordered a pair of hex dumbbells, was a bit dubious looking at the price including free delivery. Absolutely delighted with them. Great quality, perfect for a workout at home when no time for the gym. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I Ordered the 24kg Adjustable Dumbbells and Stand . The site was really easy to use. The Delivery from FedEx was very good. When they Arrived they were Really well Packaged 📦 no damage. When I opened the Box I had a smile they looked great. I got the Dumbbells out the Boxes and put the Stand together there was a spanner and Allen Key included. These Dumbbells are so Clever and very Easy to use. And you Secure the Dumbbell Base on the stand with some Clamps . Another Clever Idea. Really Brilliant bit of kit and saves a lot of space. Excellent customer service, the orignal item purchased wasnt right for me, they exchanged no quibbles and went out of their way to help, even meeting me on a sunday at their warehouse for me to choose the right thing for me. Cant fault them. Will definately recommend and use again.

When looking for a rack I came across the Muscleiq website. I had a few questions about the rack and the response via text was quick and gave some great advice. Communication all the way through was great. Once the ordered was placed it arrived next day. So far have no faults with it 💪🏻

before ordering i had a few questions, these were answered quickly via the online chat.

My order came the next day and was extremely well packaged (No chance of damage of item in transit).

The adjustable dumbbells work well, they slot in and out of rack with ease.

I ordered a set of dumbbells with a rack, and the delivery was incredibly fast as it arrived the very next day! I was happy with the quality of the dumbbells and rack, however, two sets of dumbbells were missing from the package. I immediately thought, “Here we go, that’s the risk of ordering online…” But to my surprise, when I called customer service (yes, they actually have a phone number!), someone answered straight away! I explained the issue, and the person on the phone assured me they would take care of it immediately. Less than 24 hours later, the missing dumbbells were delivered to my home!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to support this company for providing such an excellent online shopping experience. Thank you and well done!
