Very good company. Ordered a fair amount of equipment, all arrived very quickly in good condition. Only reason I'm going for 4 stars is related to missing bolts and a the rack having a bent piece. These are Chinese copies of equipment (I knew that) so you can't expect the same level of quality.

But the fact they obviously stock the stuff and deliver quickly... Can't fault that.

Updated to 5 stars. Customer service is unbeatable. Really appreciate the responsiveness and the effort to put things right. Rate them so highly I've ordered more stuff.

I bought a pair of 32 kg adjustable dumbbells and a bench it's like having a whole gym in the house with all the weight variations. Unfortunately I dropped one of them on a concrete floor and broke the handle. Muscle IQ replaced it free of charge straight away! Fantastic product and great company to deal with. Many thanks.

I spoke to Muscleiq about purchasing a heavy set of adjustable dumbbells and after a good chat with the person on the phone, they directed us to a set of 40kg adjustable dumbbells set with 2.5kg increments.

They was initially out of stock but advised to order place an order as stock was due in the next few days.

True to their word, stock arrived and I had the dumbbells in hand with a few days.

Brilliant bit of kit! Best gym equipment I’ve ever bought and the flexibility in weight range allows me to build in a vast amount of different exercises into my routine.

They take up less room, have a weight range and saved me money from buying a set of individual dumbbells.

I would highly recommend this product and Muscle IQ to anyone thinking about buying a similar pair.

Great prices and product. I had an issue when the dumbbells were delivered where one of the stands was cracked. This was sorted within a few days by Musceliq and a replacement was sent. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

Brilliant! Had a nightmare with another company elsewhere, great prices on muscleiq, outstanding service from Todd who responded straight back to me with a few questions I had. Solid equipment, rack and weights perfect for my home gym. Will be using again in future!

Had been looking for a set up leading to Xmas but thought best to hold back for January sales etc, saw the price here vs others and it was simply much better and the reviews made me think ok I’ll give it a go, after ordering I was well informed of my delivery.
FedEx then let me down and didn’t deliver on the day they said due to a problem with “the order” I escalated this the muscleiq team who opened a case for me and it was delivered the next possible day, the service received from muscle IQ was brilliant.
Assembly of the bench was fine, although the instructions are fairly hard to make out so read them twice before building!
I notice when building a small tear I. The back support of the bench so flagged this to the team at muscleiq with prof who sent out another back support which arrived in excellent condition.
I used the set up and couldn’t be happier, really decent sturdy frame with great weights and accessories, would say the bench is ok, have seen better but functions well, I’ll look to replace in the coming months but not desperate to change anytime soon, will certainly use the brand again, really impressed with the whole set up
I received a squat rack, 150kg 7ft barbell set up and couldn’t be happier from a value perspective, really pleased with it and putting it to good use with no concerns or worries!

Ordered a power rack, 7ft olympic barbell and 150KG of bumper plates. Brilliant quality, great price, and a minor issue was dealt with superbly. Would highly recommend!

I bought pretty much everything in my home gym from Todd at Muscle IQ, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

This included gym mats, a full power rack with hi/low cable system, barbell and plates, dumbbells, dumbbell rack and bench. Everything arrived within 3 days, well packaged, and exactly as described.

The build quality is solid and clearly designed for proper home training. Once built, the setup allows for a wide range of muscle variations and exercises, not just basic lifts.

What really stood out was the service and support. Todd’s mobile number is the company contact, and he’s always been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. No delays, no chasing — just straight answers from someone who knows the equipment.

The entire gym setup (power rack, bench, dumbbell rack and unboxing/organising the dumbbells) was built in around 2–3 hours with no distractions, which says a lot about how well thought-out and complete the equipment is.

Overall, very happy with Muscle IQ and would 100% recommend Todd to anyone setting up or upgrading a serious home gym.

Bought some adjustable dumbbells, very nice quality, as good if not better than other popular brands in the UK.

Ordered a set of the black 40kg in 1kg Adjustable Dumbbells and all I can say is they are a thing of beauty. Really well made and worth every penny especially when you’re tight on space. Also ordered one of their benches and pleased with the finish, it went together easy and seems nice and solid. Looked at a number of companies and after reading through all the comments and recommendations so pleased I went with these. If you’re thinking about gym equipment look no further.

Bought a weights set for a later Christmas present. Delivered 150kg+ within 48 hours, at a great price too.

A friend found something and shared a link. I asked if he used the website before he said no it was the first link that popped up in a Google search for him.
I needed some kettlebells and they were the cheapest so thought I'd give them a try. Got free shipping over a certain amount and a discount in an email when signing up. Can't fault these at all. Now waiting for my third order in a matter over just over a week. Il be using these first.

Ordered a set of weights almost a week ago. Supposed to be express delivery. Nothing delivered and they are simply trying to blame FedEx. Really poor customer service.

Update: The team worked really hard to get a replacement set of weights out to me urgently which arrived earlier today. They explained the issue was with FedEx. They have done all they could to rectify the issue.

I purchased a set of adjustable weights for my wife, and they arrived swiftly and were clearly high quality. After Christmas, I ended up having to exchange them for a different option, and the team at MuscleIQ were super responsive, helpful and generous. I will definitely be using them for fitness products in the future.

We purchased a Hex tree and Dumbell set for our daughters Christmas present which arrived in plenty of time before the big day, there was a small issue with a missed pic at the depot but once we spoke with the support team this was sorted out in double quick time.
We will definitely order from them again.
