I can't say that the plan doesn't work
I can't say that the plan doesn't work. It's just not for me. That isn't my style of training and getting explanations. Maybe I simply used to a real trainer in the gym and this robotic voice in the app drives me crazy. I'm cancelling my subscription and don't want to be charged further the program. Thanks!

It's a lie and a scam
It's a lie and a scam. Several ads promote people losing 175lb in a few weeks. This is not possible to do safely without going to the gym and eating healthily after the amount of time they say you only need to train with them. AI is heavily used to photoshop results. Do not trust them, as the results they promise take years, not the weeks or few months they state. Trustpilot is full of fake positive reviews.

Misleading and abusive
Automatic renewal of subscription not very obvious and they advice you of renewal the day the take your money from your account! That gives you no opportunity to cancel the automatic subscription and then tell you that a refund is not possible but offer you to keep access for “free” when you just paid 50€ for an app that is not worth!
After all they offer a refund and ask me to adapt my comment on trust pilot …. But guess what they do in the same day? They take another amount from my bank account! Awaiting an answer from them !

I’m 64 years old, overweight and out of shape, I just started 8 days ago, I feel better and i will keep working with this program. It’s not hard and I started morning and evening. My knees are in very bad shape, try to avoid surgery.

Its an ok app with easy exercises
Its an ok app with easy exercises. Rest times inbetween each ones . You dont need to rest there is an option to carry in to the nest exercise if you wish. Different options of difficulty. One massive drawback no exercises for the arms even though there is a full body option which I do. It still doesn't cover the arms. Been doing it for 15 days, started of a couple of days doing 7 minutes then 20 now up to 30 mi utes sessions. Haven't seen any noticeable change looks wise or scale wise but am feeling more flexible . Helping with the fibromyalgia!

Having purchased an initial plan and realising it would be too difficult for me, due to health issues, I got charged for a qtrly renewal, as I lost sight of it being a renewable subscription.
