Not transparent in marketing the shoes

Not transparent in marketing the shoes. I would not have made the purchase knowing they were manufactured in China.

I was unaware the shoes would come with an insert.

Takes a month to receive after purchase which should not be the case in 2025.

Several errors on the thank you card which looks unprofessional and not a high level of care.

What do the initials CENI on the shoes mean?

I ordered slip in orthopedic shoes

I ordered slip in orthopedic shoes. I thought I was ordering from a US company. However, when tracking the order, I learned it shipped from China. It took three weeks to receive the order and the shoes were neither slip in nor orthopedic and I had to return them to China at my expense. The shoes were misrepresented on the website. It was deceptive and dishonest advertising and lack of transparency. Had I known the shoes were going to be shipped from China, I would never have ordered them. I am not going to pay shipping to China to return the shoes. I will donate them to a homeless shelter.

I ordered sneakers and they didn't not satisfied seem…

I ordered sneakers and they didn't seem to have any support for my feet at all. However I didn't dare try them cause the policy is you can only do a return if shoes are unworn and in original packaging.
So I returned them unworn and in origami packaging on November1st,2024 and still haven't received a refund.
Have sent 3 to 4 emails and haven't had much luck getting any resolution.

Musabela sucks!

I returned 2 shoes that I bought back in October of 2024 because I was not satisfied with it, paid for return shipping back to china that cost me more than $40. I followed all return requirements and I have been following up with emails for my refund . I received an email in November that I will be refunded but up until now I have not heard from them. I have been forwarding my previous emails for the past weeks but no response. The worst company that I have experienced as far as online orders and the worst of all is it’s from china. I will never order again from them. If I was to rate it, it would be a 0. Thank you.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

If Musabela makes this right I will update or write a new review, but as of now, TERRIBLE! My dad has health issues and needs shoes that he can actually get his feet into. He found some on the website, carefully ordered.a style that offered the width he needed in an open Velcro style that would allow for swelling. He waited a month and no shoes came. I offered to help him track them as he was worried his money was gone and no shoes would come. The shoes bounced all over the country and finally arrived only to be the WRONG SHOE and not even close to his size! He called the customer service number and they said they couldn't do anything and they would connect him on the phone with a company in the US. He said ok, and then they said, “We will let them know you are calling,” and disconnected. He has no number to call and the only “brand” on the shoe is “fashion shoes”. He can’t get any help, and he definitely should not have to pay to ship these shoes back to China when the mistake was made by Musabela! We don’t know if the shoes would have been any good. All we have is poor quality, very small pair of “shoes” that don’t even have a size on them and are a totally different style than he ordered. Musabela needs to make this right and send him the correct shoes in the correct size. I will review everywhere possible if they make it right, but I will work twice as hard to save people from losing their money to this company if they won’t. Older adults worked hard and we need to take care of them. It is awful for a company to steal from anyone, but especially older people.

Frustrated customer

I purchased a pair of shoes and when I received them they did not fit. I tried to return them but the cost to return them overseas was more than the cost of the shoes. I contacted customer service and they agreed to refund me 30% of the cost of the shoes and give me a voucher for $25 toward a different pair. I have contacted them several times regarding the 30% refund and it still has not been credited to my account. I am looking for resolution this. Beware of buying shoes from them since the cost in the United States to send them back to China is very expensive and not worth doing. The overall shoe was not bad quality, it just did not fit right.
12/30/24 - Update: I did receive a small refund (30%) of purchase price.

Nothing Special

There was nothing more special about these shoes than any other cheaper pair of Chinese sneakers.
They are actually too big and the insoles did nothing.
I had to get other insoles so that I could wear them.
I did not realize they came from China or never would have ordered them. They took quite a while to arrive.
I feel I wasted my money.

I work in a busy café

I work in a busy café, on my feet ALL DAY LONG.... 12-hour shifts, people.... and my feet were killing me every single night!!!! I was hesitant to try these.... because you know.... buying shoes online isn't always the best.... BUT WOW!!!! These are the most comfortable shoes I've EVER worn!!!! The support is fantastic.... and the non-slip sole is perfect for the wet floors at work!!!!

Might as well be barefoot on cement

I bought these shoes based on social media reviews from nurses who stand all day. I am not sure what they bought but they weren't these. They took FOREVER to get here from China. Had I known that I wouldn't have even spent the money as I know how that ends up if you don't like them AND it did. They are not comfortable but of course, it will cost me more to ship them back to China so they will be donated. DO NOT BUY THESE. They are a social media gimmick and not real reviews. Let me be the idiot who fell for it so you don't have to.

Terrible. Ordered 11/8. Shoes arrived 11/29 and the wrong size was sent. Contacted customer service and they will only replace once shoes are shipped back AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE to China, even though this was a mistake of the company. These shoes are trash

I need to get a refund on the pathetic shoes I received. The quality is terrible, just like all the reviews I read on line. I tried to cancel within 2 minutes of placing my order on line and they wrote back saying they could not, that they were shipped and I could return and get a refund. They do not provide a return label so I’m out more money to return them. That in itself screams SCAM. They look and feel very cheap. The insoles are styrofoam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

These shoes are not made of quality materials.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes with 2 pairs of insoles. The shoes were not made of quality materials, the soles were not rubber, but plastic, and the insoles were made of a styrofoam material. Not made of good supportive materials. Their 30 day money back guarantee requires that you not wear the shoes, that they be in the original package, and they are to be returned to CHINA, which the shipping was $71. Even, thou these shoes were shipped to me from Franklin Park, CA... I sent them an email requesting that I send them to CA and not CHINA, but their reply stated I had to send them back to CHINA. I do not recommend buying these shoes, poor quality.
