The customer service was really good. The helped me find the best matching sofa for my living room. It was delivered and set up at assembled at home in time. Shane and Kyle from delivery team were really cooperative.

Delivery driver unfriendly and unhelpful. Box dumped in middle of kitchen and I was expected to sign for it without checking the content of box was correct.

It is not standard practice for any delivery driver to wait until the contents of a box is checked before they leave the delivery address.
It is standard practice for our drivers to deliver to the doorstep only, not inside the home, so we will certainly take this up with our driver and ensure that this does not happen again.
We have addressed this matter with the delivery driver in question who has been an employee of the company for over 20 years, as this is the first complaint he has had.
We are happy to offer you a full refund and collect the product from your home. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange this.

I purchased a full bedroom set and never received my dressing table mirror. I only got a broken piece of it. they advertise free deliveries I had to pay for my own. The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. still no mirror and dealing with nothing only lies I would not recommend shopping at this store.

Bad experience wouldn’t recommend
I wouldn’t deal with this Company again. Bad experience and very stressful. Order took ages to arrive. Drivers weren’t friendly and helpful. Product developed a fault a few months after purchase and no help from customer services to rectify it so left with a faulty product.
